Mary, many thanks for this revealing info, it supports Dr. Tom Cowan’s Cosmic heart book….the light emmisions and resonance drivers and intelligence of our heart and how the blood carries back data from each tissue so the heart can formulate a better “recipe”…simply marvelous and humbling! and again the ancients understood the Emperor was our heart ….directing differing volumes and constituents to every tissue as needed…an electric light sound miracle. Too bad folks swallow the con…(conventional random mindless evolution idea) I am struck by the ancient proverbs in the Bible “Above all else, safegaurd your heart, for out of IT ARE THE SOURCES OF LIFE” When he spoke of the brain dead remaining alive for years, he indicated it was the intelligent heart brain keeping everything running while the brain was offline! I cherish Proverbs 17:22 “The heart that is joyful is good medicine” I have been a fanatic nutrition and organic gardener…worried about perfect food and supplements, ….yet I see my Dad oblivious to that but loving his orchard and acres of land and his ardent hobbies…he just passed at 96, his Mom was shot and lost her left lung in 1932, yet joyfully loved her family and humongous garden/orchard and lived with one lung to 99…her sweet sister crippled at 65, lived joyously to 102!!!! So, I need to lighten up and dance more and hum some heart resonance and joy into my soul. Mary, that was so illuminating on many fronts, sparks were going off for me…thank-you for sharing this priceless rare info!

kudos to you Hulda..that was a lot of great research! I have a stovetop distiller from the 1970’s, a real dinosaur I have not used since then…should be good still…it is a sturdy monster! It makes me feel more prepped to have it….and a hand=cranked grain mill that makes the sweetest organic flour/bread….but it is an arm and shoulder work-out from when I was a granola-head energizer nerd/hippie in the 70’s.
