I’m here on AV because I believe that the bridge of Science and Spirituality is the key to solving our world’s biggest problems. As a millennial who once remembers smoking and non smoking sections, no phones, and playing outside, I’ve watched the tides change from my teens, twenties, and thirties.

While those tides took a real turn, I started my first ballet class in 2001. By 2007 I was dancing professionally with Orlando Ballet at 16. I’ve toured the world performing, teaching, and encouraging movers of all ages to approach things from a very practical and intuitive mindset. I even have a BA in Dance Pedagogy from Butler University; street smarts, book smarts, and how to hustle as an artist in the matrix, check.

Eight years into this, I became a bodyworker. My general education turned into advanced neuromuscular training in SF, and since that was not enough I returned to FL to apprentice with two true masters of physical medicine; Aaron L Mattes and Don McCann. I’m proud to carry their torches into my work as a integrative manuel practitioner today.

Sixteen years later, here I am ready to share my Light blending the Arts, Sciences, and how we understand and embody our inner dialogues. I’ve set fire to pretty much everything in my life over the past two years, as I’m sure most of you have, so please, feel free to message me!
