SherriMemberHi Mary,
I’ve heard Zach Bush say this. I can’t remember where or when. I believe he said the sun itself is not hot but something occurs in the atmosphere surrounding it which creates heat. So interesting…

SherriMemberHi Bella,
I’ve also experienced what I feel is a histamine response periodically over the past several years. Like you I can associate these episodes with fermented food and drinks. I’ve always felt there was likely an underlying build up I didn’t realize until the scale was tipped as I don’t always have that reaction to fermented things. I wanted to respond to let you know you’re not alone and also, I happened to recently come across a bit of info an acupuncturist once gave me.

SherriMemberThank you Amber! Especially for the MMS kit source. I’ve tried two other online purchases so far with disappointment.

SherriMemberHello Bella,
Your hesitancy is warranted ? If I remember correctly It’s recommended to do many flushes, over a year’s time. I think I took up doing them with each moon phase and did four in a row. The first two flushes were pretty fine and quite productive. The second two were hard. I felt weak and awful, which may be telling of the necessity. Between that and a blood sugar regulation issue I chose not to continue…mostly because of my inability to go any period of time without eating. Unfortunately this set me up for gallbladder issues thereafter because of the incompleteness of the process. It’s all explained in the book but suffice it to say it’s a commitment you want to be able to follow through.
And back to histamine…have you looked into Mast Cell Activation?

SherriMemberIt’s good to hear your thoughts, Mary. I think my blood-type also says to avoid vinegar and most condiments too. Maybe we’re the same. I try to follow my guidelines with some adjustments found through kinesiology, as like you said there are often variables.
I’ve wondered if this time of the year is worse for flare ups and I would say it seems to be. I’ve started to look into Endotoxemia lately and wonder if it could be connected to Mast cell activation (hence histamine). It certainly seems to point to some other things I’m experiencing.
Congratulations on your successful progress with the liver/gallbladder flushes! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to continue after the first four due to blood sugar issues but I found it effective for sure.

SherriMemberOh boy, this could be a big discussion! As for liver support the most significant things that come to mind right now are; The amazing liver and gallbladder flush (Andreas Moritz), weekly coffee enemas (using AV Therapeutic coffee), Ayurvedic seasonal cleanses, hot detox baths (salt and baking soda), quitting bio-identical hormone replacement (and anything else that would burden my liver), years of emotional processing/clearing and stress reduction. I had an experience a few weeks ago that seemed histamine related but also involved horrible acid indigestion after a very definitely triggering meal. All in all I’m dealing with issues on a few fronts but I believe they’re all related and I’m on a path to healing ?

SherriMemberI can point you in the direction of Williams Sonoma. You’ll need to sort through a lot of cookware which only has copper on the exterior to find the few pieces which are copper inside and out. They are pricey! Places that sell ayurveda supplies sometimes carry copper kitchenware, so maybe you can find a more affordable option too. https://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/mauviel-copper-sugar-pot/?pkey=s~Copper%20cookware~168&sbkey=default
