here is the handout we got with the free glasses provided by U of T Dunlap Institute for Astronomy & astrophysics at the GTA public libraries.

i personally have not done the steps to sun gaze gradually and increasing each day over a period of time. its something on my to do. Barre has talked about it in this telegram chat in the past.

I will be enjoying the show with the glasses etc. just sharing to show that its not all fear out there.

Hi Penny, just thought i would share, i have had one varicose vein on my left leg for quite a while and last year i finally started to bubble the water and inhale the brown’s gas that dr lando discussed with George wiseman on alfacasts yesterday i happened to check for that vein and its almost gone. its very slight on the skin. I am also taking the tissue salts as discussed on AV the 12-1 and the ones for my native sign etc. I am also doing skin brushing after shower as recommended by my naturopath to keep my circulation going. I spend too much time on the computer. In the past I have also taken what dr Lando recommended, that was quite a few years ago from my Homeopath and tcm doctor. great products from unda. I am sure you will get better.

I glad it resonated with you. I am in an apt condo, do have a big balcony. i have a close friend( italian with his family help in his backyard continuing their growing traditions) nearby who i have access to . my friend is connected with the local farmers( he buys direct from them) and is positioned to help us get supplies direct. he comes in town every week, we meet on a regular basis . its good to keep contact as I live in the city. It has its plus and minus.

I wonder if this book and this type of seeding was inspired by what the deva kingdom does in our gardens. I cannot see them but some of my friends do and they can see them working on the flowers etc. so in a way your are tuning into the necessary flow. this is so inspiring. thank you for sharing ❤

looking forward to that to add to the Aquacure I have so far. I also use distilled water since it was discussed in the AV telegram chat a while back and do the browns gas since the alfacasts with George Wiseman . we are learning by leaps and bounds. Thank You! ?

I was lucky to have such a dentist in Toronto. he was from India and he followed what dr lando described, he tested before hand which tooth he was going to do first. by sections, spaced it out months in between, then retested the impact in my mouth and decide which ones ( usualy 2 at a time) that will be next. He was the dentist in Toronto who trained several dentists of the proper procedure. He since has passed away but the dentists he trained are practicing in Toronto . I was also tested for what could my tissues would accept and my fillings were prepared by him accordingly. my homeopath gave me remedies to take to help the process.

Also I have added my tcm doctor/homeopath do auricular therapy as dr lando mentioned.
It really help my health. it was the first thing my homeopath recommended for me to do as he could see with the number of fillings I had , my health was affected.
I did this back in 1996. I also wanted to have it all done before having a child to be the best I could and with more energy haha.
