Hi – I follow “The Healthy Home Eocnomist” who is a WAPF chapter leader in FL. She digs pretty deeply into a lot of issues, this one included, & she says she does not trust any “non-stick” cookware – I emailed her your same question last year. Hi Kimberly,

I use stainless steel frypans, and yes, the eggs stick a bit. I have the routine of soaking them for a few hours after breakfast and cleaning them up easy as can be after that.

I don’t trust ANY brand of nonstick especially if they are advertised on TV. The materials are not fully disclosed even if you ask … it is “proprietary” information, which is a red flag for dangerous in my opinion.
