ElinMemberThanks to Ron Gibson!

ElinMemberThis was the answer from Ron Gibson’s team: “The land patent is a private title so the public administration has no access to it, therefore a trust, whether it is revocable or irrevocable, doesn’t offer any additional protection beyond what the patent already provides. However, a trust is helpful when it comes time to sell it to somebody, because you can sell them the trust with the land in it, but you cannot sell the land- you can only convey it. If you choose to get a trust, it is not needed, just more of a conveyance option.” That’s all I know at this point.

ElinMemberWow yeah! I’ll run this by my FHP, but will likely do your titration plan. I get them tomorrow and will keep y’all posted!

ElinMember@christina – I just went back and noticed your recommendation for Cyclease Menopause by Boiron, and the homeopathic option here looks really promising! How long did you take them before the hot flashes stopped?
-
ElinMemberThanks for the lunar reference chart, @barre ! Since I’m past menopause, I would start the cycle with the next full moon – what are the best ways to do the estrogen/progesterone stim? Does AV have products that would help?

ElinMemberand nice musical analogy, too! ?

ElinMemberhaha yes!

ElinMemberI have not yet, but plan on getting it done by the end of this year. It seems fairly straightforward, but the research part seems daunting to me, so I’ll be working with an expert to make sure it’s done right. I’m on Ron’s waiting list, but I may use one of his recommended guys, depending on his knowledge of my county.

ElinMemberI love the last suggestion, and can affirm that it does work. I have a feeling someone else in the Fresno area is asserting some kind of authority over the overhead white stripes – unless my own general prayers are being transmuted (!) – as the trails are disappearing very quickly here, and have for the last few months. A couple of times I did pray with authority for a trail to dissipate… and it did…. while another stayed around.

ElinMemberOh, Mike, just watched this interview and loved it – love Raymon! I went to his site, poked around, saw his dowsing chart, and felt deeply emotionally moved and even choked up. I.. uh… think this would be a VERY clear sign that I should learn/practice/grow into what he teaches. It’s like the power of prayer on steroids… !!

ElinMemberooo that interview is still my queue… now looking forward to it even more.

ElinMemberp.s. I don’t think SS will “run out” either, but they might fold it into some sort of UBI, and possibly put unacceptable requirements for continuing to receive it, so I’m aggressively investing and probably starting an online biz (all within my religious trusts) to make sure I have assets and income enough that I can tell them to keep their $ if I have to… LOL

ElinMemberHey, Mary, I looked in to a bit further with the Joe Lustica site and went back to my notes from my call with Weiss + – it’s no problem doing the ROE and taking SS. Lots to learn about this process, especially since it involves knowing who you are and how you are called to interact and/or cancel contracts. If SS is your only income, I’m pretty sure you don’t need to file anyway, and might not need to do the Revocation, but double check your specific situation with the IRS rules. Whee!
