ElinMemberYesterday morning, I had oral surgery to place the post for my one tooth implant (longer story there) and then….. I only had one major hot flash yesterday eve and only one mild one last night. Could the titanium post have cured me???? lol. (or was it the pre op stress that made them so bad the last month… ) hahaha

ElinMemberOr I could write them and say I know the earth is flat and see if they still want me to serve.
Bwaahahaaaaa!!!!!! … and then again maybe I’ll just keep postponing and not poke that bear. (sigh)

ElinMemberand abram’s point is valid – are the courts still worthy of our participation, even though they are actually maritime banks or some such? ?

ElinMemberThanks for all the thoughtful perspectives! I did unregister early last year and still got a summons last fall. Perhaps I should have ignored it, but I did log on and postpone so I could have some time to formulate my true response. I did jury duty once before, was even the foreman, and saw back then that the whole case was a frivolous waste of time. I could continue to postpone to dates that I know have minimal chance of actually having a case called (e.g. Thanksgiving week) or I could show up again and get myself dismissed rather easily, but I’d rather not get the summons any more. In that process, I would prefer to respond to them in honor – hence some sort of affidavit with a conditional acceptance if they can prove appropriate jurisdiction (if that’s even a correct position to take) or prove that a living woman is obligated to serve. More learned thoughts here? 😀

ElinMemberI found another piece to my puzzle this morning. I did a muscle test of a range of things in my supplements box as to what would stop the hot flashes (with the lights off, so I didn’t know which was which hah!!) and came up with a yes for zinc. A little research showed that low zinc could be a factor in the hot flashes. According to a recent hair mineral test, my minerals are all a tad low, including zinc, but my calcium is high – which might be inhibiting zinc absorption. So I’m adding 15mg of zinc liquid tincture to the Zuma hormone blend… and continuing with cell salts: bioplasma and kali sulph (for Virgo). Also doing pilates and hotworx sessions a couple times a week… the flashes are rather minimal today.. so far.. film at 11.

ElinMemberhaha indeed… I’m sticking with the Cyclease as muscle testing says yes. I’m also 3-4 days in to a blend of shatavari/cohosh/yam tincture, and the flashes are finally less often the last couple of days!

ElinMemberLove that presentation, too! We have so many opportunities and possibilities ahead to build/rebuild.

ElinMember……aaaand I’m still dealing with the hot flashes… probably just need to stick with the Clyclease longer….dunno… I’m too impatient with this… grrr
-
ElinMemberNope – and Yreka, not Eureka. LOL
-
ElinMemberYes – quite lovely – – and near Mt Shasta/Yreka, where I grew up, too. 😀

ElinMemberok so well they are not quite gone yet… but it does feel like the Cyclease is working, so I’m going to stick with it along with the shatavari until my system recalibrates. Thanks again for the recommendation!

ElinMemberCristina!
It’s day 6 of taking the Clyclease 4x a day, and I have not had a hot flash all day.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ll report back tomorrow if my sleep tonight is blessedly not interrupted. You may have single-handedly saved my sanity. ?

ElinMemberWow, thank you! I’ll still look to buy the hard copies, but in the meantime, I can absorb it this way.
