    Hi Divya,

I recommend no makeup. However, if you want to have a more even skin tone I recommend rice powder. If you have darker skin it may not be for you but if you don’t I love Little Bits Historical Apothecary on Etsy. She’s a very knowledgeable sweetheart. The rice powder is inexpensive and the lip tints are lovely. Sample sizes are a great way to go.

If you are older or in a dry climate I recommend using a neroli hydrosol after a light dusting with rice powder.

Lymphatic beauty massage with a gua shen or jade or rose quartz roller and Passion Neroli oil is an amazing inexpensive way to boost and honor what you have.

Tremella mushrooms will give you a good foundation from the inside:). A great Chinese Beauty was known for eating tremella, excellent for anti-aging and radiation stresses. You may also consider pearl powder but I am not sure of a good source. Your skin loses natural color when you wear makeup. So Beet juice and rice powder are my fav recommendations. Hope that’s helpful. Let your light shine through your skin with the love in your heart. That’s the most beautiful makeup.

Be the blossom that you are

    Blessings

Oh and I also like Coyuchi and some of Parachute items. Parachute linen is great. Love Coyuchi for organic cotton towels. Their cotton jersey sheets are snuggly on steroids. Their cotton linens are excellent and they just launched raw linen which i have not tried but great company

Be mindful of your detergents and machine residue… if you have a favorite non toxic soap… would love to hear about it.

    Hi Divya,

So I don’t have any official info on BEA linen on Etsy but the long nightgown and linen waffle throw are heaven. My friend got the sheets and loves them but they are not thick like the antique ones. They are organic and i get all raw linen. About 4 of my friends have purchased the same night gown and everyone is super happy. I have my eyes on some more. They have a lot of sales:)

    Hi Eliza,

Thank you for sharing these resources. Really important to have undyed and organic. The dyes can mess up the healing frequencies. Also best to not mix wool and linen as they cancel each other out.

Sorry to hear about your mold issues. Yuck.

Buying second hand unless unused opens you up to the toxins used in the cleaning products. I recommend Ebay for new second hand.
