ErinMemberI think all of the above suggestions are wise. I would also suggest sun gazing as it has been healing my astigmatism and greatly improved my ability to see at night while driving.
Micro current frequencies from a device like Healy can be extremely beneficial as well. It can help support your eye health directly as well as well as assisting you through a liver detox which can be so beneficial when healing the eyes.

ErinMemberI really enjoyed this conversation too. Reinette has such a wealth of knowledge and experience!
I’m curious about the white lines I see in the sky almost daily that are vertical or diagonal and do not follow the normal horizontal or gradual angle from take off or landing of commercial planes. These lines are much higher in the sky than typical commercial planes fly at, at least from my observation of living in the mountains and having an expansive view of the sky. If the white lines we see are primarily from the extra moisture in our atmosphere as Reinette suggests, I wonder what are these other aircraft that fly in such odd vertical and diagonal patterns that leave white lines behind them?
Also, from my mountain veiw I have been seeing an excessively milky white film sitting over the city (Denver) more lately. It’s different than the typical brownish smog color. And I sadly see the dimming of the sun from the milky white film. I can look in directions all around away from the sun and see blue skies, but in front of and all around the sun is always white looking.

ErinMemberLooking forward to watching this, thank you for sharing! I have been hoping to learn more about parasites from a terrain perspective so this was perfect timing.

ErinMemberAnd I forgot to mention I have seen my own gums regenerate after the surgery, so I know from experience it can happen. I return to the office in San Diego in May for my one year follow up and will post an update after that too.
I do have one spot of inflammation I can feel with my tongue around the tooth that had the most bone loss and infection, but I have been using ADV’s “DMSO with added nutrients” for a week or so on it and that inflammation is going down.

ErinMemberWow this podcast looks great! I’ll definitely be listening to some of these episodes. Thanks for sharing it.
And here is my delayed response to your question about LANAP (sorry about that I sometimes lose track of all these conversations!). I would still love to know Barre’s thoughts on periodontal disease from a bioterrain perspective, but with the knowledge I currently have, I would recommend the LANAP as a less invasive way to help your gums heal along with the other supportive natural remedies I and others have shared on this discussion thread. For me, seeing the bone loss in my x-rays and understanding the possibility of losing 3 molars before I was 40 was the catalyst for my decision to finally have the LANAP.
I understand your frustration in seeing others who do not take care of themselves having no immediate health consequences while people like us who nurture our health are experiencing problems. But I do firmly believe that we will experience greater health and longevity by taking good care of ourselves and those who do not are ultimately lessening the quality and longevity of their lives.

ErinMemberHow serendipitous, I ordered this book from Amazon for a whopping $2.95 and it just arrived today. I didn’t know Dr. Barre recommended it and hadn’t even seen this thread, but glad I ordered a good one!

ErinMemberAnd yes I think there is an Alfacast with Jacob Liberman from a few years ago.
