Hi Laurie, according to GNM, itchiness is the healing phase of a separation conflict. If the itchiness is on inside areas of your body (inside of arms, belly, chest/areas you would touch another when hugging) that would indicate you are longing for someone you were separated from. If the itchiness is on your backside/back of arms/legs that would indicate you are wanting so separate yourself from someone but are unable to or are receiving unwanted touch from another. I would look back 3-4 weeks ago to when this started and see if there was an incident that may have triggered this separation conflict.

I also agree with Hulda in regards to skin issues being connected to the liver. Perhaps the liver/gallbladder flush Dr. Barre recently posted about could be helpful? Have you seen that post?

Great share, Kev! I can see myself using some of these videos for homeschooling. My 9 year old daughter will especially love this channel!

Hi Mary, I used to love this YouTube channel Free Yoga TV. It has been a while since I’ve done Stephen’s classes as I usually just guide myself through my own flows, but I have enjoyed many of his classes over the years.

Hi Kathy, here is a screenshot from AV’s product page for mag phos. When you scroll down on that page you’ll see this where it shows the 3 bridge salts you need. Hope this helps 😊

I have been using Lisa Strbac’s cell salts book as my primary reference guide for the last several months, basically bought it as soon as I was aware of it! It’s a fabulous, concise, easy to use guide. I highly recommend it. I have been following Lisa’s work for a couple years since learning about her through The Way Forward. I even bought a Healy from her last fall after hearing her interview with Doc Steve. I don’t have her homeopathy book, but if it’s anything like the cell salts book I’m sure it’s a useful guide as well.

I love everything Amber had to share and I think her suggestions are on point!

As I am studying GNM right now I’ll share what I know from that point of view.

Are you right handed? If so, issues that arise on the left side of the body are related to the relationships between you and your mother, children or your “nest”/home. If you happen to be left handed then your left side would correspond to your partner, friends, coworkers, basically everyone else who is not your mom or kids.

Bone spurs are the healing phase of a self devaluation conflict. When you experience feelings of inadequacy, low self esteem, worry, etc. around your relationship as a mom or with your mom or a situation in your “nest”/ home (assuming you’re right handed) that can trigger bone loss to occur in the conflict active phase and then the healing phase which you are in now is the laying down of new bone to replace what was lost during the conflict active phase. Also, issues in our feet tend to be teiggered by not feeling grounded, lack of a strong foundation or feeling stuck. In order to fully heal the bone spur you would want to resolve the conflict within yourself and/or with the other person depending on the specifics of your situation.

    I hope this helps!

    Hey Kev,

Before I even got to the part of your post where you were thinking of trying C60 that was the first thing that came to my mind too. Second thought was methylene blue as it is a potent mitochondrial antioxidant from my understanding. If you do use methylene blue I would make sure to enhance its benefits by either going in the sun after you’ve taken it or using a red light device. If you believe you’ve been poisoned I also think continuing with coffee enemas would be supportive. ADV has a lot of homeopathic detox/drainage support on her online shop as well that may be worth looking into. I personally take AV’s zero point enzymes every morning on an empty stomach for its blood purifying benefits.

Then I began thinking of your situation regarding the fungal pneumonia from a GNM perspective. Any symptoms affecting the lungs is said to be triggered by a death fright conflict/existential fear conflict and conflicts specifically affecting the bronchi include territorial fear conflicts/conflict of not being able to expel something or someone from your space/life. And symptoms with the throat are caused by the inability to swallow a “morsel” which could be caused by a person or a situation that is hard to accept/swallow or it could be a literal fear of choking or suffocation. Does any of this resonate?

Also, the symptoms you are experiencing indicate you are in the healing phase and any fungus or bacteria that are present during this stage are there to repair/replace the tissues that were lost in the conflict active phase.

Trust the wisdom of your body and its ability to heal itself. Sending healing blessings your way, Kev 💗

I think all of the above suggestions are excellent and I would add using the isopathic SymbioNot. When my husband had a severe abscess on his thumb last year that caused his nail to fall off and created intense swelling and pain the ER doctor insisted he take antibiotics, but we chose not to. We also used colloidal silver topically and he took the SymbioNot orally.

I am currently studying GNM through a group mentorship. I am new to this but it’s my understanding that eczema is due to a separation conflict. This could be the result of being separated from someone or something you love, or conversely, it can be due to wanting to separate yourself from a situation/person but are unable to. I would suggest reflecting back on the time when your eczema was first triggered and see if you can find the event that may have triggered this separation conflict. Once you have figured out what that initial conflict was, I would try to uncover situations you have currently been experiencing that may act as tracks/triggers. For example, how did you feel when that first conflict happened? Perhaps shocked, scared, lonely, isolated, etc. What events in your current life have caused you to feel the same way? Then work on resolving those feelings. Sometimes it can be as simple as acknowledging the conflict and reassuring yourself that you are now safe/loved/supported/etc. so that your psyche can send the message to your brain and corresponding organ (the skin in this case) that it’s safe to heal. Remember that the healing phase will likely be symptomatic, but it will pass! Wishing you all the best!

Thank you for the sun gazing resource! I have been practicing for a while now and have followed most of the recommendations that I am reading about on this site intuitively.

I personally take MSM which I order from Amandah Vollmer and I also take AV’s fulvic minerals, so I agree those would be helpful as well. I would also look into cell salts given that they work exceptionally well for remineralizing our tissues. I take my constitutional salt and 3 bridge salts daily and have all 12 on hand for acute issues. Calc phos works very well for my kids when they have growing bone pains, so perhaps that would help with your bone spur pain as well?

I can certainly see how the back and forth between your home in Austria and the US could leave you feeling ungrounded and could have triggered a nest worry conflict. That must be challenging indeed! Wishing you all the best, Gabriele!

Wow Kev, your response really moved me. Thank you for always being so open and vulnerable in your shares 🙏🏼

I think Amber’s source of methylene blue looks good and I personally use Troscriptions brand after hearing the founder of the company on Alfacast about a year ago. Barre said he personally uses their products so I trusted his endorsement and started using it myself. As far as detox/drainage go I think it’s wise you’re giving your body a break from such intense detoxing, but I can certainly understand the need to cycle in and out of some more of those intense protocols. This is just coming from my intuition, but I feel like you might benefit from a gentler approach with some homeopathic drainage support to minimize the stress on your body as you heal. ADV has homeopathic lymph, liver and kidney drainage products that I’ve personally used myself and had clients use as well. I’d check out her yumnaturals site and see what resonates. You can buy many of the same products she offers in the US with lower shipping costs, but I tend to order from her because I like to support her.

And holy moly your experience with that woman and the landscaping situation is a textbook territorial anger conflict if I’ve ever heard one! And not surprising to hear that this is a conflict that continues to present itself to you. I would dig deep and go back as far as your memory allows to see if you can uncover the first time that type of conflict occurred so that you can either find resolution with the person that it initially occurred with or to find resolution within yourself. Even before learning GNM I was spotting these cyclical patterns in my own life as well as those I’ve worked with. Breaking those patterns by making peace and finding forgiveness and innocence in yourself and others is not always easy, but it can be profound in its ability to heal us.

    I’m rooting for you, Kev!
