ErinMemberHave you looked into GNM/GHK? From that perspective all skin symptoms are the result of a separation conflict. Was the baby separated from his mother immediately after birth? Has the skin rash come and gone? Does it tend to flare up at times when he is reunited with his mother after periods of separation? Skin symptoms appear during the healing phase of a separation conflict and stepping on the track of being separated and then reunited with his mom can be keeping him in a hanging healing which leads to chronic symptoms.

ErinMemberI know GNM would also point out that the continued medical interventions may be causing new conflicts which could be creating new or worsening symptoms which I would agree with. Although I still believe that the actual toxic effects of these interventions cause symptoms as well, so I’m definitely not a GNM purist, but I think it all plays a role.

ErinMemberThank you for sharing this video as I always enjoy Melissa’s style of teaching GNM through interviews. I’m so sorry that poor little guy has had such a rough start to his life. I agree that the amount of medical intervention he is receiving is likely toxic and homeopathic detox and/or getting him on a good constitutional remedy is a wise route to take. My youngest had a similar start to life, although not quite as intense as it sounds like this little guy went through, and we worked with a great MD turned homeopath when she was 3 and she bounced back so quickly!

ErinMemberHave yet to watch any of these but they are all on my list to watch with my girls once the weather cools off and we are inside more as part of our unschooling non-curriculum 😄 I really appreciate you compiling all of these here! Have you checked out Mike Wilkerson/Stellium 7 YouTube channel?

ErinMemberNo vinegar, just a salt brine for the pickles. Also used dill, garlic, mustard and coriander seeds. We let them ferment for 3-4 days and then we moved them to the fridge so they won’t get mushy and stay crisp as the cut cucumbers tend to do if I don’t move them to the refrigerator. The other jar that looks like cauliflower is actually the kimchi but I didn’t have Napa cabbage so we tried green cabbage instead and it actually turned out quite well and fermented nicely in about 5 days. My girls love when we take the lid off the jar and can hear the bacteria “talking” to each other as they like to say 😊 we are continuing to let our purple kraut ferment. I was planning on giving that about 4 weeks, but I do have two jars so maybe we’ll leave one of them a bit longer like you suggested!

ErinMemberInterestingly just this evening I was in a live class and the featured speaker said the best piece of advice she got after her MS diagnosis from a retired MD was “don’t accept your diagnosis”. It completely changed her trajectory in life and she healed herself on the level of her spirit and psyche. She shifted her mindset from one of fear to love and joy. I have personally downgraded or dissolved most of my chronic symptoms through acceptance of what is, then shifting my awareness to a part of my body that feels good or neutral, trusting that every symptom is part of my body’s intelligent design working to return my body to balance, and then surrendering to the unknown and trusting that the universe/source has my back. It has been so liberating reclaiming my power in this way.

ErinMemberI was diagnosed with “Lyme Disease” several years ago but since hearing a talk
On the end of covid and learning GNM principles I’m not convinced it’s caused by a bacteria from a tick bite either. It just feels like another label for a vague set of symptoms that conventional docs don’t understand, but if they label it they can treat you with antibiotics and the functional docs go crazy prescribing endless doses of supplements. I appreciate you sharing this resource from Tom Cowan.

ErinMemberHey @Kev , thanks for the reminder! We didn’t get around to this yet. We have been camping so much this summer and have been working on getting our geodesic greenhouse up and running when we are home which has kept us busy! I definitely see this being a fun homeschool kitchen project for me and my girls this fall/winter. I need to start taking screenshots and printing out all the great recipe ideas you share here so I don’t forget 😊🙏🏼

ErinMemberIn my world, what you just said sounds perfectly normal and very grounded. I practice Kundalini Reiki so channeling both the feminine kundalini energy and the masculine reiki energy, having those energies blend in my heart and then sending it out through my palm chakras is something I do daily. I love that you’re able to get in the river while sun gazing too, that sounds amazing!

ErinMemberGlorious indeed! I always feel so energized and experience way less pain after morning sun gazing ☀️🌞 I find it to be deeply spiritual as well. I stand on my deck holding a branch of my favorite pine tree (I named her Senti, short for sentient) and I feel a deep connection to the feminine energy of the earth and the masculine energy of the sun.
