Are you aware of what was happening in your family member’s life prior to him entering this state? Was it a sudden or gradual shift? I believe any therapy you offer him must be done from a place of understanding how he got there in the first place. And not just for your/his caregivers understanding, but for his own understanding so he can return to wholeness. Rather than looking at his symptoms and trying to fix them, can you all shift gears to a place of curiosity and seeking understanding?

In GNM this catatonic state that you describe can be seen as a constellation, meaning he experienced multiple conflicts/traumas all at once that affected different parts of his brain. Was there a situation or event that caused him feelings of extreme anger, fear, isolation, being trapped, powerless, overwhelmed, or unsafe?

Also, the weight loss is a sign that he has likely been stuck in this conflict active phase with his sympathetic nervous system up-regulated for an extended period of time which makes sense given that you said he has been like this for 5 years.

Wishing you and your family member all the best 💗

I think Tom Cowan sells a vortex system on his website too.

I just ordered the Mayu Swirl after hearing Topher’s recent Biocharisma podcast interview with one of the owners of the company. And this link is for the company Crrow777 endorses: https://www.alivewater.com

    Hey Ashley Rose,

While I think the functional route can be a great stepping stone for those stepping out of the conventional world (it was for me several years ago), the fact that you are here as part of the AV fam tells me you likely don’t need that stepping stone as you’ve already made the leap😊

The very wise Dr. Barre has said on a few occasions (I may be paraphrasing) “it’s more important what you THINK about the food that’s on the end of your fork than what’s actually on it”. As someone who received her higher education in the field of human nutrition this resonated with me so deeply that I left a lot of my college programmed beliefs about nutrition behind. Not just from this statement of course, but from a culmination of things I learned from the good doctor and others. These days I focus on intuitive eating, growing my own food, buying raw milk, grass fed meats and pastured eggs from local farmers whenever possible and primarily consuming foods that don’t come with a label. I think simplicity is key.

In my opinion, it sounds like the healing work you are currently doing is exactly what we need more of! I have actually morphed my out nutrition counseling business to more of a mindset/subconscious reprogramming/mental/emotional/spiritual health business. Studying physical radiesthesia and Biogeometry with Dr. Gilbert at the Vesica Institute has been so transformative for myself and my clients as well. As have my studies in GNM/GHK. I’m finding more and more that healing at the subtle energetic/mental/emotional/spiritual levels lead to the physical healing.

No worries, I did not take it that way! Just wanted you to know I was hearing you 😊 Have you connected with Ari? It seems his post was deleted again, at least it appears that way on my end. I think it’s a technical glitch.

Hey Mathew, I’m feeling you in your frustration and just want you to know I’m seeing/hearing you. When someone you love is suffering and you’re looking for support and are met with mostly crickets it can be very disheartening.

I do recall reading Ari’s posts at some point where he was talking about having a similar experience with a family member as well and I think he offered for you to reach out to him. So perhaps this was a technical glitch that they were deleted? You could try messaging him directly.

If it were my family member I would explore what occurred just before he made such an extreme decision to end his engagement and become a monk. Was he feeling trapped? Was he paralyzed by fear? Did he have a fear of being punished or attacked and went into a freeze response for safety? Was he feeling powerless or worthless because he was unable to respond in a moment of crisis?

For his physical health are you all able to get him to drink high quality structured water along with taking cell salts? You could even dissolve them in his water if compliance is an issue. Are there windows in his room? Can he feel sun on his face and breathe in fresh air from the safety of his room in this way? Are there any scents/smells that are meaningful to him from a happier time in his life? The power of smell to trigger memories and shift our thoughts can be powerful. Or what about music he loved prior to all of this happening?

There is an opening at the top center of the dome that functions as a vent but it has to stay sealed shut this time of year. I was thinking I’d used the smaller CW4 antenna Chris designed for use indoors placed in a potted plant and I’d attach that to the point source radiance ground system in the central bed. I love your other ideas as well! It’s a bit pricey for me right now to afford those so I may play around with some other DIY ideas.

I love this idea! Feeling like it could work well being placed in the central bed of my geodesic greenhouse.

I agree, I can really taste the difference as well. My kids call it “magic water” 😊 I also purchased mine after listening to Topher and I am glad I did!

Wow, Ashley Rose, what a beautiful and thoughtful response! I also loved and found Penny’s comments beautiful as well! It’s so interesting that the more I am connecting with beautiful souls like yourself on this platform the more the universe is pulling like minded people into my life in my own community. I imagine you’ll begin to find the same! I feel so blessed to be able to connect from afar and also to experience the joy of in person connections as well 🥰 one of these days I hope to meet many of you at a Music & Sky event!

The inquiry around your desire to learn about functional nutrition in order to help your mom is a wonderful realization. I find myself trying to acquire as much knowledge as possible in order to help the people I love who are suffering as well. I am constantly being reminded of the need to trust and surrender to the fact that I cannot save anyone but myself and the more that I apply what I have learned for the betterment of myself is the only way to truly help others by being that beacon of truth myself.

Wow that experience sounds frightening and I can understand why you hesitated to start again. It does seem to make sense with what Topher suggested and your experience that perhaps that experience was showing you some fears you need to face. So fascinating and I’m grateful to hear you didn’t have such an intense experience this time when starting UT again.

I actually fell out of the habit myself and just started again yesterday. I have had ongoing sinus and upper respiratory symptoms since the start of the new year which is not like me to have these things linger for weeks. Using my urine as a nasal rinse in addition to drinking it and after 2 days I finally feel like things are clearing up.

I heard Topher on his Biocharisma podcast not too long ago say something to the effect that if we are avoiding UT it’s because there is something within ourselves we don’t want to see because practicing UT will reveal these things. Thought it was interesting. It may have been during his interview with ADV or Fiona Gardner (the Bigelson’s microscopist, who also looks at the messages in urine under the microscope). The conversation with Fiona was fascinating and I highly recommend it!
