Heck yes, been using Ubuntu exclusively since Win10 came out. Love it with the exception of a couple small complaints that aren’t worth mentioning.

This has been an issue that has really came to the fore for me lately too and seems pretty synchronistic, so I thought Id chime in.
Aside from all the basics and keeping my spine/posture on point, Ozone seems to bring mine down around 10 points, so I’m hopeful for you there. Also, I like Jose Silva or the Twin Hearts Meditation to try to cool down a bit.
Good luck and try not to worry, as that makes it worse of course! Looking forward to Docs thoughts for ya!

I know this was addressed to the Doc Barre, but Dr. John Bergman from Huntington Beach CA is associated with a clinic in TJ Mexico that is really good and they have a great Biological Dentist thing going on. Although I wasn’t there for Dental, I talked with others that were and I would back there in a heartbeat if I were needing this kind of work done.

    Many many thanks Doc
Can it be handled with O3 water in the Neti pot in conjunction with breathing it bubbled through olive oil? Or must it be an injection?

Yes, you bet. It was a previous post of mine. I was over-doing the exercise 4 years ago and something snapped or cracked in my temple. I would say it mostly healed over that time once or twice, but I would eventually re injure it. It has gotten more and more sensitive each time Ive aggravated it and now Ive been speaking in a whisper for about 3 weeks.

I am looking into this also… How many people have negative blow-back from doing stuff like this? If blow-back does occur (ie IRS “coming after you” for the money you “owe”) what does that usually look like?

    Hey Diane, thank you 😀
I asked about Cranial Sacral once and the gal wanted no part of it (haha). The story freaked her out a bit. My Chiro was a bit nervous adjusting my neck the first couple of times too. But that was one of the potential culprits, was something not being properly innervated in my neck..

I know people get Land Patents, but just as Curtis said in his latest AV episode and to my main point in this thread; It doesn’t do anything unless you know how to enforce your will (whatever that may be as the land Owner). Not that its not good to have, but “they” will likely just ignore your special little piece of paper known as a Land Patent..
