Hi Hulda and Barre, I too have had numerous thoughts on this very topic and like the idea of going rural in N. Cali. Our plan to visit AV farm and camp at Panther Flat after Music and Sky was altered due to the Del Norte fires. Call your group “Going Rural” Hulda, I will join. Deb gave me the name of her realtor in 2022 when we stopped for a brief afternoon at AV farm while camping at Prairie Creek State Park. I’d like to find some land as well.

This was one I had missed, I listened yesterday and loved it! So much juicy stuff in this episode. I had just purchased one of Jacob Libermans books this summer, “Take Your Glasses and See”.
