Kathy MMemberBeautifully stated Kev. We’ve been traveling and staying in many different places for the last 16 months and water quality and access is a top priority. Findaspring.org has been helpful as well as using the analemma wand and taking a minute with each glass to send love, blessings and gratitude to the water.

Kathy MMemberThis was excellent! Alec has had some really incredible guests on lately in the health space. I really love how all these creators are working together to bring forward incredible information on nutrition, beyond food and supplements as has been the paradigm for so long.

Kathy MMemberThank you Sherry!

Kathy MMemberRod, I had the exact same question for Dr. Barre! I heard him mention on the call with Jason last week. Please Dr. Barre do share. Of course everyone is different but I’d find it helpful to hear what practices you and Deb utilize.
Many thanks!

Kathy MMemberI just came across this recently. Seems sweating and intermittent fasting were recommended. I’m curious if a specific nutritional deficiency would make some more susceptible to microplastic buildup in the tissues. Certainly keeping detoxification pathways clear with things like osteopathic manipulation and lymphatic drainage etc., may help. Sweating definitely makes sense to me. https://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/how-to-detox-microplastics/

Kathy MMemberA bit late to the discussion however, I learned some of the functional medicine examination in my functional nutrition course and it was amazing to me to learn about some basic language of the body was more informative than many expensive tests.
One simple one was the Coco’s pulse test which anyone can learn, to check sensitivities to foods and beverages, etc.
Sit for a few minutes at a table with a clock with a second hand nearby. Take a resting pulse rate for a full minute. Then take the suspected food and place it on your tongue for a full 30 seconds. Insalivate it but do not swallow. After the 30 seconds begin another 1 minute pulse reading. If the pulse increases 4 or more BPM, the food is provoking a stress response and is an irritant. If it drops 4 or more it is also an irritant. The idea is to avoid that food for a month or so then recheck. Wait several minutes before checking another food.
Test the foods you crave, if you are cravings specific foods. It can be done with any product you use on your skin.

Kathy MMemberSo much out there from the diet dictocrats, it will be great to hear his insights and perspective.

Kathy MMemberCleaning up the diet and gut is important, what about adding Dr. Barre’s C60 with the Black Seed Oil as an inside out approach?
-
Kathy MMemberHi Dale, who did you go to for earwax removal, and how is this done?
Thanks in advance.

Kathy MMemberHi Illia, Does this filter pair with the berkey filter specifically?
-
Kathy MMemberOh Awesome Erin, I knew I had seen it before on that page. I appreciate that so much!

Kathy MMemberHi Kimberly, I have seen that she made this available as a course. I’m a bit reluctant to sign up for a whole course for solutions right now, however I am keeping this on my radar. Like many things, the symptoms come and go and are more noticeable at various times 😉
