Kathy MMemberAgree with all of the above! As far as diet, I think the best diet is the one that you think is best for you! Clean eating and foods you resonate with that cleanse the body and are easy to digest. Live as close to nature as possible. ❤️

Kathy MMemberReplying to this thread with a plug for the AV tandem tooth products. I’ve been using them daily for 5 months now and my teeth feel amazing. They feel as smooth as they do after being polished at the dentist (better than) and it’s been almost 2 years since I’ve been to a dentist.

Kathy MMemberI agree with you Erin. I loved the flow of this conversation, and also appreciated the thoughtfulness. As someone who struggles with our archaic form of communication to begin with (I’d much prefer telepathic communication), I find learning “law” and all the terminology a bit daunting. Yet I understand the necessity of being able to stand in your square and speaking from a place of empowerment. I subscribed to the mailing list and excited about the offering.
