Can I do this myself on myself? So, this will help show where hypertension might be coming from? Which organ may be experiencing issues or at least ruling out certain organs?

Damien, your parents are quite fortunate to have all of the family’s support on their journey. I would welcome your idea of such an AlfaCast. And, I think when those of us who try to lead a pretty clean lifestyle get hit by something like this, it would be so helpful to get ideas on how to approach solutions. It seems to be a different level that is needed beyond what is practiced by so many Alternative practitioners. Emotions, frequency/ph, toxin removal maintenance, and more. We are blessed with some on this platform that are aware of this and practice. I’m looking forward to hearing Dr. Barre’s thoughts as always.

Thanks for sharing this. It is more difficult now to determine. In the beginning there was an Apeel label and there is another name that is similar Edipeel or something like that. It can be on organic as well. Sadly, our organic is not what it used to be. The Real Organic Project is worth checking into. One of my farmers has switched to this since it is stronger than USDA Organic.

Originally, I did find the Apeel label on avocados and cukes. I was able to track down through their websites a few companies/distributors that coat their products. Citrus is a concern for me since I know there are already issues with mold and Apeel might help them last longer.

I do the best I can, read the labels, buy from a store that says they do not purchase products with Apeel (but I still verify), email a few companies and try not to let it become too stressful. The smaller companies are helpful. I reach out to Azure to get them to check with their vendors as well. At least we try to let them know we are aware and paying attention for whatever that is worth.

I should add that there is a concern that has been shared with other products such as probiotics using fermentation with GMO microbial strains that they are trademarking. Trademarking in itself does not mean it is an GMO, but it does become a concern when you see a probiotic company rebrand all their products and every single microbial strain in each of their products is now trademarked. It now makes me think about the other products that use fermentation to make their supplements that are trademarked. Again, that doesn’t mean it is a GMO/synthetic. But, with all the sales of companies to larger companies, I read the labels of even my standbys and I question. I used probiotics for a short while for what I thought was a good reason, but I no longer do this. Again, no stress…just eliminate and move on.

    Thank you, Amber!!!

I just realized this is Linden. I’ve heard that is good for so many things, but couldn’t easily locate it before.

Thank you, Todd! You’ve shared a lot of helpful info. I think a lot of us would like to either improve our vision or maintain our good vision long term. Your last tips are big ones.

Do you walk/travel somewhere so you can see the sun rise (or set) at the time it actually comes above the horizon (such as noted in an Almanac or something similar) or just catch it when it comes into your nearby area/home above the horizon? I hope this makes sense. It takes a bit to get above the trees where I am.

@Hal, how is your lemon tree doing? Do you get many lemons from it and do you relocate it outside during the summer? Just curious? Can you keep it on the smaller size by pruning it and still obtain a fair amount of fruit? As, I write this I’m thinking maybe you just started and don’t know the answer to a lot of these questions??

If so, maybe someone else will know?? I would love to give it a try.

@amber.lansford , is the brand you used what is in your post? I just looked this up and there are several brands, but would love to know the one you used. Thanks so much!

@KWayne , thank you for sharing all this! We all learn from each other. Did you do anything else topically for your cancer outside of UroBaths and taking it internally? Just curious how that might work.
