maryschurrMember@reena58 , I wanted make a quick post. Dr. Barre is no longer in Hawaii, but may have some ideas of where you might visit. If you look to the links for the group members, you will see a map that shows where they are located. They may be able to help you in getting recommendations as to what/where to visit while you are there. Locals certainly know the best attractions that tourists miss. Lucky you! Can’t wait to hear about your trip and I hope you have some photos to share! @barre , @alfawarrior

maryschurrMember@barre , one bit of what you said seems to be to go “upstream” even more than most holistic practitioners of all types might say. Taking the “root cause” to a different level. The body is the reflection and the etheric (and perhaps including the astral, depending on how one names the subtle bodies) is where all seems to be created. What many speak of in terms of mind/thought/consciousness etc. Much more difficult today, but probably much more important. I’ll look forward to hearing more on that for sure! Thank you as always for your insights!

maryschurrMember@jadams832011 , Oh my, you have a lot on your plate as well. Please share how this goes for you! I would love to hear and so would the others. Keeping you in my thoughts and I hope the treatments help you improve quickly! Keep searching here and through the podcasts/videos. There may be something others here have shared that could be helpful. Especially some of Dr. Barre’s talks where it is just him doing a presentation!

maryschurrMember@barre , would you consider coming out of retirement?! 😉 I think we all wish we could find someone like you in our areas, but those people seem to be only by word of mouth in small circles. Very difficult to find. And, even then, they do not have the many different areas of experience that you do. I realize that took time. I think it would be wonderful if somehow you had someone to “apprentice” with you to help pass along some of your wisdom since it is in such short supply. In the generations to come that would be so valuable. Very grateful to be here to gather the crumbs that I may understand! 🙏

maryschurrMember@Kev , I got 2 for you and one of them was difficult to find. I hope at some point @alfawarrior can add this video of @barre to the media here so it is searchable. If it is, then I guess I missed it. (That said, try the search function, it does work very well for posts, comments, you name it!) It is a wonderful interview of Dr. Barre regarding cell salts and we have shared it on the Telegram channel many times when there are questions on cell salts. The other link is one I found a while back that @GiseleH has shared from Jackson’s which AV sells. Hopefully, these 2 links will help you.

maryschurrMemberI wonder about the salt and baking soda, too. In the past I’ve made a homemade toothpowder with a some of baking soda and I’ve used a very small amount of salt powder vs fine salt. I’d rather use some sort of Celtic salt that is powdered, but all could find was Redmond’s. They sell around 8oz of powdered salt which works well since it is not as abrasive. Those are my thoughts on it.
I think I added Bentonite Clay (being careful to avoid metal contact-I used wood, glass, & ceramic) and that may create a pipe issue as Kev said. I didn’t think of that at the time. Same might be true of Coconut oil. I once tried using organic essential oils and one time when it all wasn’t mixed up well enough my tongue got hit by a bit of the essential oil. This burned so bad and I swear I think I still have cuts in my tongue from it. Never again! I don’t have sensitive teeth, but I have lost some enamel. You can use some tooth drops from companies instead of the essential oils and they do not burn.
At this point I stick with Dr. Barre stuff now and it’s just easier all the way around. -

maryschurrMemberThat works as far as celery juice. One of my farmers uses that method since she doesn’t have a juicer. Blend, strain, and drink! If you have a farmer nearby that has celery that would be wonderful. Not many do, I am lucky and a farmer at our market raises them year round. Bit skinny at times, but powerful and super fresh!

Some people find it helps with hypothyroid type issues, too. Those related to blood sugar. -
maryschurrMember@Slinkymalinkey , Thank you! I’ve had a bit going on and didn’t have a chance to search. I may take a look later in the week at this.🙏

maryschurrMemberWonder about the AlfaCast on arthritis that he is speaking of? Over the next few days, I’ll see if I can locate that. Anyone else remember this one?

maryschurrMember@Kev, I’m just now reading your posts. I’ve been away from many things online for a while. I’m so very sorry for what you are going through! What jumps out to me is perhaps to include some basic mineral replenishment with the detoxing you are doing. Can be as simple as food and some good basic nourishment. We all have to eat and this time of year offers a lot in the fresh food dept.
Perhaps, most importantly is some food for your “soul & spirit”. I often forget to “love myself”. It may be more important to do that for myself than finding anyone else to do it for me. And, somehow, that is the most difficult thing.
Until then, sending you love from the southeastern part of the US.!❤🙏🦋

maryschurrMemberYep, I had to look it up too. I knew it was the Rolling Stones, but couldn’t remember the name. It was one of those tunes from way back, that you just recognize, at least at my age. Now they play them all in grocery stores and such, lol! Based on the topic it made me wonder why that tune, was there something about it that fit in with the frequency topic? That was why I asked.
Oh, I love chimes and I do understand what you mean. There are certain sounds that stick with you, just like tunes. I always had a few when I was single and they were not inexpensive back then. My husband hates chimes. 😢. A neighbor of his had some that were probably that high pitch you mentioned and he would try to nap outside and they would always wake him up…so he said. So, no chimes currently. But, give me time…I am gradually winning him over to things day by day!
And, what you mentioned about the monks, that is what they discuss in the video, so I would certainly rather have a monk do that than many of the modern surgical way of doing thing today using frequency! Too much $$$ involved in medicine today. But, love hearing that…I did not know. -
maryschurrMember@Kev, that was really good! I’ve got to ask…why do you think they chose “Gimme Shelter” as the background tune for a lot of the video? Anyone got any thoughts?

maryschurrMember@Kev @theblossomingsquash , Yes I think I remember skunks being another one that likes the sweet treats and then will go for the hornets. Crazy, isn’t it!
Our nest was removed. It took him over an hour that evening, he had to “smoke” them at least twice and I could see him having to back away several times. He did earn his money! There have been a few strays in the area where the base of the nest is still on the limb. He said there would be, but without the queen they will not make it or be able to rebuild. So glad it is gone, with these storms if it fell to the ground…that would not be good!
