Oh my, so many people after my own heart! I have recently been baking again. Einkorn sourdough using Jovial’s Einkorn flour from Italy. Many with gluten issues can eat this with no problem. The recipe I use is the founder’s that she came up with for her daughter who had issues with gluten. It is a little more complicated sounding, but I am hoping it may help my husband who is having an occasional heartburn issue that seems to be bread related. I was buying organic sourdough for him.

I love the fermentation intro…I’m dehydrating almonds right now that I soaked to make almond butter for my husband (and I eat a bit of it too!). I do the same with all our nuts and seed. Have a beautiful cabbage from the farmer’s market to make kraut. Kiev, have you read the Art of Fermentation? It’s quite a large book! I had heard about it though Dr Cowan. Excited to hear more about your cooking adventures and food preservation techniques. I understand Amandha V. bought something to freeze-dry food, so I am curious how that is working out and what the equipment actually is. Loving this platform!!!?

@Sherri, Thank you for adding these! I’m a big fan of Gigi Young (for Steiner and Anthroposophy) and constantly trying to catch up on her livestreams. I’m currently reading The Electronic Doppelganger from Steiner (thanks to Gigi mentioning it). Have you read this? I have to read so much of it twice to try to absorb it.

Hello all, very timely…I am currently working on 2 areas on my husband’s face, so very interested in hearing about both options. I do have some of Amandha’s DMSO and her book. Mike, would be interested to know how much of the garlic taste/smell your Dad experiences. Thank you!

PS- the remedy Dr. Barre recommended for a cough took care of my husband’s nagging cough right away. Many thanks! It was the “Asper” Isopathic that AV sells.

Thanks to both of you. Jeez, to have to pay in for Medicare and not receive any income from SS would be pretty frustrating. Yes, I’m not there yet, but thinking and looking ahead. Appreciate the information from both of you!

All of this is quite new to me, but I am curious how or if it works for those who wish to “follow this sort of path”, but are currently receiving social security? I’ve read a bit and attending a few webinars, but still a newbie. I realize there is all this discussion of how social security will be limited or run out so to speak in the 2030s. Anyone have anything to share on that? I am curious for those I know on it now.

Hugh, This article might be helpful. It is written by the guy who does the Above Phone and lists quite a lot of info in the article..not just about his phone.

I appreciate all of you sharing this info. My husband experienced a DVT & 2 small PEs in June 2022. The DVT clot was large, running from his lower leg to his abdomen. We are not vaxxed, he had no health issues, and was on no meds. He was 69yrs at the time. After testing his heart is fine, PEs left his lungs quickly, but the DVT clots took a while, but now we think there is only 1 small one under his right knee. He was on Elliquis first and after a month of so, switched to Xarelto which he is still on. He is frightened not of dying, but of ending up unable to function/care for himself from a stroke. He is self-employed and still works. His lower leg is still larger and slightly so is his foot. A bit discolored around ankle/foot. When standing or sitting (driving) more than normal they can still swell. I had him taking Lumbrokinase (he has difficulty with capsules/tablets), but he stopped. He doesn’t eat enough veggies, but otherwise he is pretty clean. ? Whole Foods, organic, filtered water, etc. BP is excellent as is his glucose & insulin. No one knows how this happened to him. A Lupus Anticoagulant test has come back for the 3rd time positive (abnormal) which they say is an “genetic marker”, but not for Lupus, but indicating he may have susceptibility to abnormal clotting. He passed the other genetic tests. The hematologist is now wishing to discuss Coumadin, which due to diet restrictions (all the healthy greens that we eat and that thin your blood interfere with their testing!) is not something we wish to do. I see what Barre recommended and had actually signed up on the site for when that isopathic would be available. I remember the B. Brothers mentioning it in The End of Covid for clots. I use several of AV’s cell salts, so I will get the one you recommended for him, too. I’d like for him to stop the Xarelto and he did for a few months, then they frightened him into going back on it. I realize this is his decision. Any other thoughts? I’m a terrain lady, but could an abundance of pathogens of some sort cause this? Due to heavy metals & EMFs? Seems that is what you are saying above? Trying my best to understand what happened to him. ?

Did I miss his article on this? Where was it posted? Funny, my husband has this little nagging cough. We can’t figure out what is causing it.

Sarah, such wise words. In the beginning there is much romance and excitement. It can continue and grow as the relationship(s) go through difficult times and sometimes it cannot. It is good to realize this in the beginning and do the inner work to be sure of what you are truly looking for as well as what you are willing to contribute or how you will compromise. Partnerships can be challenging and yet, so rewarding as well. Much like family can be (although you can’t choose those…or do you??). I’m excited for all of you! You all have such an opportunity ahead of you no matter what.

Kev! Oh wow, you have given me some homework! I have made kraut before, but I’ve not tried the combinations you have mentioned! That could be fun. Yes, that is the book. I don’t own it, but I have read his smaller one and borrowed the big one from the library. Your seed cheese sounds interesting…I will have to give that a try. As to a dehydrator…I don’t have one, but I’ve received some recommendations and will see if I can locate them. The name escapes me right now, but seems like it begins with a Tri… We have a warming drawer that I use with a thermometer and that works fine for me most of the time. Let me know if you catch more about Amandha’s new toy!

? Yep, they have! I’ve seen recent news articles along the same lines. I forgot it went back to Reagan.
Any thoughts on how receiving SS payments works with all of the changes mentioned in these discussions? Or does it make a difference at all?

Brendan, thank you for your comments. Are you saying they indicated it may cause strokes in those over 50yrs? Did I read that correctly? I’ve been trying to search for side effects outside of bleeding or are you speaking of brain bleeds/hemorrhage? Jeez! They’re trying to kill us…let me count the ways…

@barre , How are things going with Wells Fargo? I listened to this and thought of you. Newer bank called Old Glory Bank, got some characters with it that might be interesting, but if you are considering WF, then this could be worth checking out. It seems they do Trusts unless I misunderstood.
