    @jamesdensleyhotmail-com , I’ve thought about situations like yours since this all began. I, too have noticed the difference in those who have been injected. Is it because I know they have? I don’t know. I personally know so very few people in my area who did not get injected. Even, the few who to a certain degree knew it was not a good thing, still did it. In order to travel! I know only one female friend who did not get the injection, but my circles are quite small now. Thank goodness my husband woke up enough to this. He does not get many other things, but he does get this. He still believes in viruses at this point, but I can live with that. So situations are complicated. This means he is not ready to move out of the city. He doesn’t get that EMFs are a problem. He doesn’t get chem trails. He knows I believe in reincarnation, but he hasn’t decided that is true since he sees no proof. I think you can see my situation a bit now. We have no children, but if we did it could have been complicated. You may not find someone right away that agrees with everything you believe, but certain things are very important I believe, especially if children are involved. I love my husband. He is a wonderful man, but these are things I just can’t share with him.

    Last, my husband developed a DVT and a PE (massive blood clot in entire leg and 2 in his lungs) in 2022. Not injected and he was quite healthy. He believes he was too close to a couple right after they were injected. As healthy as I live, I’ve developed some blood pressure and now heart rate issues. I’m not sure how or from what, but we live in an area where the chem trails are quite bad (even at night sometimes) and I have 3 5G towers within 1/2 mile and 2 more within a mile. My husband would never understand that is a concern.

    Take your time. The right person is looking for you, too. She is worth waiting for. In the meantime, sending thoughts out to the universe to try to speed up the process for you. ❤

    @Hinterlanders , Thank you! Your thoughts are very helpful and appreciate hearing what is working for you. I’m happy to hear Ozone might make a difference. In my mind I though by bringing in more “oxygen” then it would have to make a bit of a difference. Regardless, it helps so much to hear it helps you. I was outside a couple of hours today (no trails in the sky today) and I saw that brought the heart rate down a bit, too. 🙏

    Good to hear! Yes, I expect we all need it and other things to offset this storm of many things we are all exposed to these days. I take it in a similar fashion to you, Kev. Was curious what others did and what their experience might be. FYI- Amandha Vollmer might have something you may wish to look into in addition to the silica (which I take too). Something she mixes up that helps the blood flow to the scalp for many reasons. I think she mentions it to be useful to those who have had concussions as well. She speaks of this during an interview with Topher, BioCharisma Podcast.

    Oh, my have I lucked up with all these recommendations! Thank you all so very much! Great options here. I’m starting to spend more time at the computer working than I would like and wanted to focus more on these sorts of things again. And, as I get older (heck at any age) I feel it is important. I can’t wait to look into all of them.

    FYI-Please check out the video on Arthritis from 2019 that was recently posted here somewhere. I don’t have a lot of this, but just watched the video. At least watch at 1:27m if you can. Great information beyond Arthritis that helps everyone of any age or health issue.

    Yea! Thank you! There are lots of videos out there, but I knew this crowd would have some good favorites! I’ll check it out!

    @Kev , I’m sorry that did not work for you. Would have been easy and less expensive. Once again, we are all unique and what causes the symptoms/response in each of use can be different, too. It does help my pulse rate a bit and I have added a couple of things that I mentioned earlier from Dr. Cowan’s site. Together, I am seeing it reduce to lower levels. I would prefer not to have to always use these, they are expensive. I would like to know the “why” behind all this. I’m so glad the other products are helping you! I use Radiesthesia as well to help me choose products and that has helped as well.

    Good luck, Kev! I’m trying a couple of other things that arrived today. Typical of me, I hit it with so many things that I have no idea which helped the most, lol! But, if I can just see some improvement I will be very happy. Very worrisome. I don’t worry about dying, but being in a half-way situation does worry me. I expect everyone feels that way. Let me know if you try the Cayenne if you see a difference.🙏

    Someone shared this recently in AV’s Telegram. I’m giving it a try. It does bring down heart rate if you use enough of it. I’m trying tincture form. I’ve always added Cayenne in to my morning elixer (water, lemon, homemade ginger water, bit of honey (added when water is not too hot), and some cayenne. Evidently not enough to make a difference.
    However, the tincture I bought with 10 drops I do see the heart rate coming down a bit. Maybe, 10 or more points. Sure made it easier to sleep last night. I hope it isn’t a harmful thing in large quantities, but certainly less than Big Harma, I would think. I wonder if over time, you can decrease or stop it. Would be nice to know why one has these things.

    Ha!, I did make just one jar this summer a while back. Maybe as the weather gets cooler and my good buddy farmers at the market have more cabbage I will try some more. I wish they had red cabbage, but for some reason they do not. And, for some reason I really like red kraut! 😁

    @Kev , Thank you! Your story is helpful! While we all are unique, often there is so much that is similar. From what you wrote I know you understand the fear that comes in, but at the same knowing that makes it worse. Well, I do have my minerals covered pretty well I think (I hope). I take Dr. Barre’s minerals twice, sometimes 3 times a day. I take Dr. Cowan’s Sea Plasma water each morning. I mix his Beet crystals into water to drink and the same with his Hibiscus Extract maybe twice a day. There is another company that makes electrolytes drops (Eidon Ionic Minerals) that I take in 2 divided doses. But, what you bring up is important…diuretics (and perhaps other things) could deplete minerals. Coffee enemas, too. Taking too many single mineral supplements vs a multi like Dr. Barres might create something similar.
    I do take both of the cell salts you mentioned. One is part of my Zodiac salts and the other is one my husband takes (because of his previous DVT) and once I realized (as you did) it may help me I added it on. Perhaps I should read back up on some of the others as you mentioned.

    @Kev,

    It’s sometimes interesting to navigate her site. You do have to create an account to be able to view anything, but I believe it was either free or something like $1. I think this is the product.

    @J-na ,This sounds wonderful! Bugs have been, shall we say, extra available this summer!!!??? They don’t usually bother me, only my husband, but this year they have gone for me as well. 😕 I’m a bit familiar with Ogone, but not what you are speaking about.
    Where can I read more about this? Love to learn new stuff!
