AmberMemberI think Dr Lando will have a great answer-but Dr Andy Kaufman, is doing a webcast within the next few weeks on how to heal diabetes. Might be worth subscribing to his channel so you get notified.

AmberMemberHey Stephanie!
Dr Lando has either said in here or a podcast that shingles is a nervous system issue. He suggested this supplement:
I took 1tsp 3x/day for three months now tapering off over three months- has worked great!

AmberMemberThanks for sharing the video!! I will try it tmrw after I do my morning workout. I LOVE convict conditioning. I have the book and got it during c19 when things closed. Was super helpful. I agree w Barre re stability equals mobility—that’s what we always say in original strength. There’s a theory under Bill Hartman (I-Fast) that if your nervous system is integrated correctly, stretching shouldn’t be needed. But I love the stretching for the meditative self care feeling I get. Thanks for posting. I looked at your site and supplements. They look great!!

AmberMemberThat’s awesome! Our kinesiologist has been good but yours sounds a little more knowledge. I’m happy for you!! Ours works on the trauma under the top are beneath my rib cage. I definitely my shoulders are ably to pull back more
I took an herb class today and we covered a bunch of liver detoxers. Her fave is dandelion which I’m sure you knew. It helps create bile.
I’m sure he told you but the liver carries anger and the gallbladder bitterness. (A lot of other things too!). Ask me how I know. ?

AmberMemberHave you tried iodine for thyroid? Tilia timentosa is also good for high blood pressure. Dr b says use it 2-3 times a day for three months and then taper off slowly.

AmberMemberAnother idea is to look up the Bach flower remedy map. I have the book but you can look online and see what emotion and floral essence is associated w the back of your neck. That didn’t work for mine, but it does for many people. Might help to see if you identify with the emotion listed. You can type in Bach flower remedy body map and get different images that might be easier to read.

AmberMemberHi! I think the dmso is a good idea. I’ve used it internal and external. I tried a ton of things for my skin itchiness and it went away after two weeks of genmo tilia timentosa. Dr Lando said it is what he used to prescribe for shingles or nervous system issues. Since my rashes had been going on for 10 year thought worth a try and in two weeks mine are gone. Might be worth a try.

AmberMemberOoh I will watch!! Do you know of any medicinal herbs that rabbits and squirrels don’t eat? They didn’t touch my lemon balm last year but they bothered all my veggies.
I always have the Bach flower rescue remedy on hand and I use the pet one cuz it tastes better!
My fave place to get floral essences is

AmberMemberHi Mary!
This is the site I got it from. It’s the brand Dr Lando likes. He’s says it gentle on the stomach and has worked great for me.

AmberMemberThat makes sense. I remember the Bigelsen brothers saying that on the end of Covid. The thing that got me on the fear porn bus was a friend sent me a video of her showing the hydrogels in insulin a few months back. So I looked up the patent and there it was. But since taking a couple chelators, MB and the zeolite I can feel myself get better every day. I don’t buy into all of the AI stuff she shares. Just wanted to make sure if big pharma is poisoning my insulin I was being proactive. Thanks for the info!

AmberMemberThank you both for replying! My kinesiologist has muscle checked each AV product I am using and all have made me strong, so I trusted it to be good. As a mom tho, I just wanted to double check since I was giving it to my kids. Thanks for the reassurance and detailed answer. I’m grateful:)) Amber
