AmberMemberIf you get an aquacure machine-I would suggest following the videos on how to set it up because following the printed manual that he will email you, is a bit tricky! I would just suggest watching the videos first because my husband struggled a bit to put it together.

AmberMemberI am almost done reading this book and it does mention Browns, gas and hydrogen water, eliminating kidney disease… That would be my suggestion! He also posts a coupon code in there to get the one from Eagle research which is who Dr. Lando has done a podcast with.
I have gotten significantly better since Dr. Lando suggested the Aquacure machine for me and I actually sleep with it while breathing through the nose cannula-so I breathe browns gas for 8+ hours a day
Another suggestion kidney wise might be electrolytes or celery juice, or Celtic sea salt… Quinton water is salt water and awesome but super spendy!!

I am thinking that your post meal increases are due to the digestion and timing of how long it takes to digest protein… If I’m eating a meal with straight protein, I take my NovoLog right before I eat, if it has any veggies in it, I take it 15 minutes before And if it’s straight carbohydrates, I will take my insulin an hour before I start eating them… So, if I decide to have a treat, I take my insulin entire hour before because carbohydrates are very fast to digest… Another thing to consider is how late it is in the day. in the morning you are on Dawn phenomenon so I would have to take a double the amount of insulin for the same food in the morning because I’m counteracting done phenomenon but at night sometimes I will take my insulin (novolog) just after my dinner because digestion is slower, and the nervous system system has less strength at night. I hope that helps.

AmberMemberI have tried it for the past 10 days after I watched Dr. Kaufman‘s initial podcast on it… I haven’t noticed any difference with my insulin. I also did the chlorine dioxide and the DMSO and didn’t notice a difference with my insulin with that either!
If you go back to the very beginning of ask Dr. Barre questions, he answers me on how he used to heal Type 1, and type 2 diabetes, if you go way back to the beginning.
My next step is to do the auricular German acupuncture-the closest to me is 8 hrs away and work with the Chinese medicine doctor who’s part of the exec group here in KY, I just have to do everything in steps money wise.
In the future I would probably buy the Jennifer Daniel’s one-but this is where I got mine. I feel a difference in my Brain but hasn’t affected insulin needs.

AmberMemberQuick Nervous System Reset summary. Learned from the ORIGINAL STRENGTH BOOK-Pressing Reset by Tim Anderson—15 min a day!
1-tongue behind front teeth at all times.
2-breathe through nose while expanding ribs side to side. Not front to back. Longer exhales engage parasympathetic and contract pelvis.
3-lead all movements with your eyes w tongue on roof of mouth
4-start with head movements (lead with eyes). Side to side. Front to back. Circle eights w eyes.
5-start rolling. Front to back, side to side. Lead with head, then arms. Cross legs over. (Hard to demo w o video).
6-rocking. Engages shoulders and hips. Then start rocking in circle 8’s. Then go down to elbows. Feel shoulders and hips coordinate w each other. Keep first toe in flexion (the flexibility of your first toe determines how strong glute med is!!)
7-crawling. Front to back. Side to side.
You can also do marching or marching when you cross the midline and touch opposite knee. You can also do sprinting. Rucking (putting heavy stuff in a backpack and walking with it) engages all core muscles to stabilize you. I wear a backpack purse that’s heavy. If at any time you breathe through your mouth-it’s time to rest. It means your nervous system doesn’t have the strength to do any more for a moment or a while.
This is great for anyone to do to keep brain and body strong. it’s 15 min every morning. Also great for autism, anxiety, ptsd (in trauma you are stuck in one side of brain), stroke rehabilitation.
This is everything a baby does to build their nervous system to begin to walk and engage in the world.
Ps-all of this will build every part of your core. once your core is strong enough, your neck will let go!!

One other mom tip that I thought of is the more tummy time you can give her the more she will have to use her neck to stabilize her head… So, I know when a kiddo is struggling it’s easy to want to pick them up all the time, but she needs that tummy time (best in the grass) to be able to Stabilize her spine and hold her head up. As a baby her head weighs 30% of her body. ? and the stronger you can keep your energy and nervous system she will pick up on that you are regulating her at all times. ?
