Hi! We will see what Dr B writes back. Might be worth going to a chiropractor for xrays. That way you are out of the system and the xrays are much cheaper there. If it’s broken you can get a boot online to stabilize and then I would put comfrey salve on it. I got some on Etsy. My broken toe healed that way last year after my horse stepped on it. Hope it goes well!!🙏

Just quick thoughts. Do you have access to an ozone water machine? You could make ozone water and neti pot with it. I can tell you where I got mine for $300 ish if interested

I like Xlear. You can get it on Amazon (they have different types) but I use them any time I feel like I have gunk in my sinuses.

Great answers people have given! Barbara o Neal said that cayenne pepper was helpful for high and low Bp. I take a shake of it in olive oil morning and night just to help keep my blood healthy.

In talking to Amanda Vohlmer at music and sky she said castor oil and dmso will break it down and then rebuilding the collagen. Minerals. Bone broth. Etc. Hope that helps!!

Not sure if you listened to the podcast yesterday but she was great!! Dr Lando loves her books. I bought them today. Haven’t read them yet. I have a few others on feel salts too. One thing I might suggest is getting some from your library and then decide which one works for you. I should have these in a few days and can let you know how they are. 😊

Sounds like you are doing great things!! I know the kidneys need hydration so celery juice and Celtic sea salt would be good! Quinton sea water is fabulous too but spendy. Kelly brogan has a coupon code for Quinton. I think it’s Brogan or Kelly-not sure.

So sorry you are going through this!! I listened to the homegrown herbalist YouTube channel and in one of his videos-he’s a naturopath-he mentions that chamomile can heal the kidneys. It’s avail in herb, tinctures and homeopathic. Also-hydrogen water can heal kidneys too. I’m sure aquacure would be great! I sleep with mine every night and I feel much better.

I sure hope you start to notice improvements!.
