barreMemberExcellent Tinnitis feedback here from everyone. If I put on my Chinese medicine hat I’m going to take a close look at all aspects of Kidney function and suspect a “kidney Jing deficiency” … a quick evaluation of Chinese Pulses and Abdominal dx tells me immediately if that’s the case.
He Shou Wu is considered the best Kidney tonic, and I’ve found that to be very true. I add He Shou Wu to my AV Primal Coffee as it offsets the potential for Adrenal-Kidney stress when using caffeine.
Cranial work is how I personally commence tx with Tinnitis followed by visceral manipulation of the Kidneys if necessary to restore the natural embryological movement patterns … this is a very big deal!
I like to finish with Auricular tx to discern further connections and ‘focus points’ that make symptoms chronic. I liken it to waxing the floors after they’ve had a good washing … hopefully, you have such a practitioner nearby.
EMF frequencies are the major factor with ringing ears and it’s very often confused with true tinnitis these days. This symptom is almost universal now that we’ve decided it’s a great idea to bath ourselves in microwaves 24-7. I’m in a spa hotel in Ashland, Oregon for the weekend with pervasive WiFi and it sounds like there’s a herd of crickets in my head!

barreMemberThe dental use of Xylitol is very common in Europe especially Scandinavia with many years of proven efficacy. Pure Birch Xylitol is the core ingredient and carrier for the mineral elements and essential oils in my AV Tooth Serum product for that reason. I made this over the years for my own family, which resulted in many requests, so I began making small batches for friends & clients and it’s now our most popular AV product.

barreMemberHi Penny
I understand that your focus is on venous blood return, but the entire circulatory system needs to be addressed. Very often the lymphatics need support in these situations, and it can only help if not key. My favorite lymph tonic is Aesculus Hippocastanam and UNDA brand from Belgium is a great gemmo-tx preparation (young plant stem cells). You’ll find it available from a number of sources online. 1/2 tsp 2- 3 Xs/day for 2-3 months will usually work very well.

barreMemberYo Bro! Come on over and we’ll get you set up with a customized Somatics-Resistance stretching program. Stretching is vital, but it needs to be done with simultaneous strengthening of muscles through the full range of motion.
Stretching alone will be somewhat effective in removing tensions, but the stabilizers and opposing divisions will still limit ROM gains. Pure ROM gains also beget instabilities, while equal attention to tonification will allow greater stability and let the tighter muscles know that it’s okay to let go.
Since you’re relatively new to surfing I’d recommend doing 1-3 min horse stance intervals DAILY, which will build tremendous strength with ROM gains directly translatable to surfing. Bottom line, your hip pains are telling you to build a stronger foundation.
Tai Chi Ball training is my daily core exercise, as it demands that all movements originate from the core, while maintaining a modified horse stance throughout complex 3D ambulation. A simple wooden Tai Chi Ball allows the most complete & sophisticated training experience possible. I’d add clubbell sessions into the mix for added strength. Effective TC Ball exercise also couples mind-directed energy movement throughout for those interested in a less static qi gong oriented meditative practice.
Mastering movements from the inside out greatly eliminates musculo-skeletal stress, while nourishing the entire muscle-organ network being activated. Other than that, take advantage of our Affilliation with Mito Red Light and Haelo PEMF for extra post-workout relief.

barreMemberSo great to see a chat thread on Flower medicine! I was introduced to Bach flowers early on through the direct European Bach lineage and have used them intensely ever since.
Bach himself preferred the topical application of Flower Essences vs oral drops, and over the years I’ve found this to be preferable as well. Additionally, different topographical neurological zones can be paired with various FE for even greater efficacy.
I’m quite familiar with the work of Dr. Bahr, but there are so many clinically variations from one individual to another that I’ve found it impossible to manage a case based on any limited categorizations by correlating a particular essence to a treatment point or issue.
I like to triangulate any tx protocol with a combination of Neuro-kinetic feedback (neurological-based kinesiology), the Vascular Autonomic Signal (VAS), radiasthesia, labs (yes, emotions can be discerned from lab assays!) and a number of other exam parameters.
Any such comprehensive analysis must necessarily be open-ended to accommodate the unlimited possibilities in any case.
I created a more recipe-based approach to Flower Essences for the general public within the context of the Enneagram along with a product line of topical essences. They are in a transdermal carrier medium and combine various Flower Essences with Essential oils to more efficiently open the portals, so to speak.
I’ve been using these successfully for awhile and had intended to make these available, but we’ll see. In the process I began developing site pages for each of the Enneagram points (see attached for Enneagram Pt. 1 example), so people could begin familiarizing themselves with both Flower Essences and Enneagram fundamentals.
One final note concerning the use of Flower Essences; in the practice of Bioterrain Medicine Flower Essences often prove to be an invaluable tx catalyst, and I’ve witnessed incredible effects through just their use alone.

barreMemberHey Amber
First off, I had an interaction with Dr. A, and also reviewed her work as we were scheduled to share the podium together. I ended up cancelling my talk with her if that tells you anything.
Myself and other very experienced darkfield teachers at once recognized that she had no idea of how to do an authentic darkfield anaysis. She then extrapolated these misinterpretations to absolute fear porn connections with hydrogel etc. with no logical or forensic nexus.
Well, it’s been brought to my attention that she’s at it again. I couldn’t make it half-way through her recent zeolite will make you into AI or whatever bs, but what I did read was evident with flaws and far-reaching dot connecting.
For those still concerned due to Dr. A’s fine work then just make your own decisions like the rest of us. For the record … I will not again respond to, or read anything concerning this individual.
Zeolite is a naturally-occurring element that has been researched and used clinically for a number of decades. We have a European source, considered the best worldwide for purity & quality-testing, so knowing your source is important. Zeolite should be cycled with breaks in-between, and accompanied with adequate hydration.
Both studies and clinical use validate the ability of Zeolite to reduce toxic burden. Whether you supplement or not, Zeolyte exists in all soils varying in concentrations geographically.

barreMemberHere’s an additional pro tip for any of you desiring the ultimate water for health:
Mix 1 part litewater (deuterium-depleted) to 3 parts distilled water for 100% of consumed water including coffee, tea etc. 3 months to 1 year of this will greatly reduce the accumulation of heavy water which is Hydrogen with an extra neutron for those that still believe in atomic “theory”. This can better understood through wave form mechanics, but not the subject of discussion here. For those of you fortunate to have an AquaCure machine, add the litewater 1:3 with distilled water in the bubbler to achieve deuterium-reduced, hydrogen-rich water. There just may be a modular add-on to the AC in the near-future to actually make litewater at home. In the meantime, for those of you with too much $$$ on hand:

barreMemberHey Mary
Thanks much for getting the discussion going! First off, please read this 1st BP example within the context of the group description.
The purpose of this group is to get folks more pro-active with the doc-client relationship, and to become more aware of how deficient the average conventional exam process really is beginning with the basics typically relegated to an office assistant prior to sending you through a battery of digitalized and spurious labs that are then considered definitive.
I did this on every patient on every visit, which I’d then corroborate with additional tests and also use to track future progress along with other methods.
It is not a stand-alone diagnosis, as no single test can possibly be. The postural BP evaluation is, however, invaluable for the reasons stated and others too lengthy to explain here.
That being said, it’s very useful as a self-monitoring technique especially for those on meds or otherwise concerned about BP or general health. If one is not trained with BP cuff/stethoscope use simply get a digital device at the pharmacy to get a more than approximate reading.
If you register any of the aforementioned BP deviations, and your provider is taking short cuts, they’re either ignorant or on a tight office schedule, and it may be time to shop around.
When regular BP postural hypotension readings are chronic it may be telling you to be more kind to the adrenal system with lifestyle changes. If other tendencies that I mentioned are consistently present it may prompt a preventative visit to an ND, DC or Chinese/Ayurvedic Medicine specialist.
So to answer your question, yes, it can be a very useful self-assessment practice, as long as you don’t jump to conclusions that I wouldn’t do myself in a clinical practice. I hope this puts things into greater perspective and empower people with greater self-monitoring skills.

barreMemberThe Revocation of Election to Pay is legit, and it was absolutely necessary for this code to be buried some where in government Hanger 51 as their “get out of jail free card” for the revenuers. Since the Income Tax is 100% voluntary via contractual agreement there must be an available remedy for those discovering that they have been defrauded. I base this also on a good dozen years of personal experience along with other folks within my circles.

barreMemberHey Kev
So happy to hear of your progress! There are many classifications of homeopathics ie. single remedies, constitutionals, nosodes, homachords etc. each with a different rationale, but all capable of by-passing the biochemical due to the dilution process leaving only an energetic imprint. That’s what makes them effective to more purely address the etheric levels. Flower Essences are prepared differently thru a natural percolation of flowers in water & sunshine sans the dilution/succussion method for homeopathy. I’d ask your doctor to elaborate on the remedies that he’s prescribed for you, as effects are enhanced whenever there is a more conscious use of any modality and allows a more active participation in the process.

barreMemberHi Carol
Please read this entire research paper in it’s entirety and draw your own conclusions: Critical Review on Zeolite Clinoptilolite Safety and Medical Applications in vivo: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6277462/ … there are many other such articles and research papers, but this one is a good start.
The AV ZP liquid Zeolite is very convenient for those that desire a more basic Zeolite product with supportive Shilajit & transitional state elements.
The AV Illumined Greens is a more comprehensive chelation-nutrient supplement, as the proprietary Algae blend with Cilantro further enhances toxin removal by combining both the mechanical-chelation effects of Zeolite with the well-validated biological binding action of the botanicals.
The “greens” add valuable chlorophyll-rich nutrition to create a balanced action between tonification & detoxification along with the Shilajit-Fulvic base that mineralizes to prevent competing heavy metals that would otherwise monopolize neuro-receptor sites to further harm physiology.
Fulvic minerals also support transport of zeolite & nutrients to where they are needed, while facilitating removal of toxins in the reverse direction. Green Matcha is added for additional nutrition, but mostly to up-tick metabolism rendering the detoxification window more effective. The only drawback is that the powdered greens requires it be mixed in a bit of liquid or added to a smoothie.

barreMemberGeorge is working on a DDW modular add-on, but it’s not yet available. If you purchase LW just add 250 ml into 750 ml of your AC 1 litre bubbler. Litewater is uber expensive, so it won’t work for everyone.

barreMemberThe Water Lover machine is what I use, and I still like it. I used the John Ellis a number of years back for an extended time, and I believe it’s legit, but … it is very labor intensive and requires external space that would best be set up in a laundry room sink or elsewhere away from the living space. Deb got tired of our kitchen looking like a laboratory. It’s also pricey, but I’ve considered setting one up again in my lab.
