    Hey Elin

    I wouldn’t recommend taking metal colloids during pregnancy for a number of reasons. If you can indicate your reason for using Colloidal Silver I may be able to offer an alternative.

    Hey Cathy

    Always begin with the inside. Joint issues have a strong liver component, so a regular cleanse would be in order … the analgesics he’s taking are just adding further liver stress with an intensification of symptoms. There are many other lifestyle variables to consider, so please realize we’re just hitting a few obvious considerations. Soak the hands in an ice-water bowl nightly for 20 minutes, followed by an epson salt-warm water-castor oil soak for 30 minutes. Sooner or later he’ll need to transition into new routines that will also require consistent effort. Much more can be said, but that should keep him busy for awhile.

    Hi James

    Skin “Cancer” is a misnomer, but that’s a different discussion. There are effective skin creams on the market from the traditional black salves to less aggressive preparations from eggplant etc. My favorite has been PDQ, but it looks like they’re no longer in business due to how good the product actually worked. Black Salves can be used, but they are very strong, and much caution needs to be exercised depending on the location and depth of the lesion. Other options include iodine with a drop of DMSO, and herbals that work patiently over time. If you share any further details we may be able to elaborate a bit more. I have a line of salves coming out soon that will have effects, probably better than the PDQ, but it will be a “Private” offering as I’m not in the mood to entertain the Cancer police at my doorstep.

    Everything is an inside job, of course, so that opens yet again another deeper discussion that requires the ability to have a practitioner capable of customizing treatment, but any obvious lifestyle adjustments should be addressed first.

    You can make an ointment by adding the contents of 1 bottle SymbioNot to 1-2 oz Dercut Ointment from Pekana: https://charnyhealing.com/products/dercut-ointment-pekana?variant=39831083319488 … this Winter I’ll be releasing a line of liposomal salves for a variety of conditions, but this is a good DIY for your present needs.

    Thx for the info Mary. Fortunately, Comfrey grows abundantly here at the farm. Today we harvested St. John’s Wort, Sheep Sorrel roots, Wild Lettuce, Lemon Balm, Jiao Gu Lan, Strawberries and Peaches.

    I just read a post from one of the members concerning decentralization within the context of internet providers … I understand the discussion, but decentralization begins in the soil! I reached out today to a former Navy Seal that is involved in a similar soil-based enterprise to be a podcast guest. I’d prefer to stay on point moving on with related topics as nothing is more critical at present.

    Comfrey is absolutely one of God’s miracle cures, and it will be featured in one of my liposomal salves to be released in later Autumn. Ciao!

    Impetigo is, of course, a “germ theory” diagnosis, but while the bacterial stages of the body’s natural biome do not cause “infection” they can be in a stuck cycle which can make for chronic symptoms and manifestations. If that is the case these bacterial forms can be down-regulated with https://stg-alfavedic-801.uw2.rapydapps.cloud/product/symbio-not-4x-drops/ …. the overall bioterrain/biome needs to be addressed but this will also be a step in that direction.

    Polyps shouldn’t be an issue, but gently massage the inner nostril with some Comfrey infused Castor Oil every night. Just get some comfrey leaves and place them in a ball jar with Castor Oil and let them sit … no need to ever remove the leaves and your ready to go in about 2 weeks. 1 part leaves to 2 parts Comfrey ie. 2 oz Castor Oil for every 1 oz leaves. Other than that I’d highly recommend: https://buteykoclinic.com/

    Hey Mary

    I’d put Somatics at the top of the list in any stretching/fitness program. I personally begin with Somatics whether doing Cardio, MA training or resistance exercise. Somatics feel great, are gentle, science-based and release the cumulative effects of emotionally induced macro-tensions that eventuate in senile stiffness, joint issues and distorted posture. This link is for a great Somatics teacher with lots of free content … she also has a great site for thorough instruction: https://www.youtube.com/@EssentialSomaticsI or https://essentialsomatics.com/.

    I trained at the original Somatics Institute many moons ago with the Somatics innovator Thomas Hannah who was a Feldenkrais practitioner, from which he derived Somatics. One of my clients was the leading Feldenkrais instructor in the world, which became my foundation for Somatics as well. Daily Somatics was mandatory for all of my orthopedic or “arthritis” patients and I scheduled time with each to teach Somatic routines specific to their condition.

    I also incorporate resistance stretching in my routines, which is a more aggressive form of flexibility training based on reciprocal-inhibition principles and much more effective than static stretching. This is a great site: https://www.thegeniusofflexibility.com/resistance-stretching. Happy bending!

    Just a quick comment … the most reliable stem cell therapy is to stimulate internal stem cell production. Oxygen and Hydrogen are the two foundational elements to make that happen. Hydrogen is the primary regenerative force in biological systems, so I’d recommend beginning with aggressive Brown’s gas or pure Hydrogen supplementation.

    Hey Mary

    I have at times considered your suggestion, but there are other variables at play. As for apprenticeships, I did take on 2 such individuals at their requests, and both tapped out at a certain point with the realization that it was a lifetime commitment with no way to finance any such continuous and long-term training.

    I attended 3 versions of medical college … conventional, naturpathic and chiropractic followed by years of post-doctoral certifications and extended apprenticeships in disciplines ranging from Japanese meridian therapy, osteopathy to shamanism, and I had to give up much in the process. I mention my experience only to illustrate how medical training was a life-long endeavor in past traditional cultures, and how I attempted to duplicate this in my own way to assemble a complete skill-set.

    I believe this would be extremely unrealistic for new practitioners in today’s social and financial world, but here’s the real 2-fold bottom line:

    The practice of medicine should be considered a sacred practice and vehicle for self-transformation, as understood in the Alchemical Arts long ago. There comes a time in that process that all hands-on modalities should be abandoned with any and all interventions targeting the etheric mechanisms. This is necessary for the continued evolution of the practitioner, while re-enforcing the understanding of “disease” to those afflicted with the reality that conscious and unconscious self-directed life force is the only possible creative force behind health and disease alike.

    In coming months when the growing season abates I’ll be sharing more practical tips for self-care, but the world at large is demanding that we go the next level with less need for “doctors” of every inclination. My vocational goal has always been and still is to become irrelevant.

    Hi Stravos

    First off, athr (joint) itis (inflammation of) is a word, which does nothing to explain the myriad of reasons why pain can occur in the joint. Here are some faqs:

    1) “arthritis” is not age-related. Elderly seem to have more occurrence because of the cumulative effects of issues not addressed over years;

    2) joints are a favored repository for biotoxins when normal elimination channels are impeded or overwhelmed;

    3) joints are held intact with proper mechanics by muscles. Every muscle shares a neuro-vascular-meridian-lymph network with organ systems. When organs are stressed the CNS will literally turn off muscles to shunt all available resources to the underlying vital organ causing biomechanical faults and eventual degenerative changes.

    These are just a few of the things that need to be addressed, so here’s what a practitioner should do:

    1) evaluate all muscle divisions in the involved joint, for example, the primary medial knee support is the sartorius mm/adrenal glands, lateral knee = gluteus medius/reproductive organs, anterior knee = rectus femoris and 3 quad divisions/small intestines, posterior knee = tibialis posterior/adrenals. There are more divisions, but you get the idea. A good Clinical Kinesiologist can evaluate, prioritize and treat.

    Treatment will involve organ support via meridian tx, osteopathy, manipulation of related neuro/vascular reflexes, biochemical balancing, emotional clearing, gemmotherapy (plant stem cells) etc. etc.

    2) Prolozone injections into the affected knee ie. ozone cocktails.

    3) PEMF tx to repolarized injured or damaged connective tissues;

    4) Systemic detoxification with weekly coffee enemas or specific spagyric drainage remedies.

    This is not a shotgun approach to treatment, but a precise, prioritized and sequential use of modalities as directed per evaluation.

    If limited to self care for knees:

    1) do daily child pose until you can comfortably sit in a hero’s pose,

    2) do therapeutic tubing exercises for every plane of motion ie flexion, extension, adduction abduction,

    3) coffee enemas 3X weekly, and

    4) utilize adrenal tonics such as Black currant buds aka Ribes Nigrum by UNDA 1/2 tsp 2-3X daily for 1-3 months.

    Yes, the finger issue caught my immediate attention and why I inquired about a possible diabetic terrain. Either way, I would advise serious action to address the source, systemic issues.

    Absolutely, but the suggestions will work the same regardless. Does he have blood sugar issues? Symbio Asper-Muc would be helpful as a biological support for micro-circulation.
