barreMemberI’ve witnessed attempts at the formation of micro-nations, unique flags etc., but any such entity still has to convince militarized predator governments of its legitimacy or the rights of its members. Individual Ambassador status is clearly spelled out within international documents and treaties, with none of the red flags associated with group efforts. I was legitimately granted citizenship within a Native American Nation with official documents etc., but it was, of course, never honored by the “boys from downstairs” similar to our efforts to organize under the auspices of the U.S. Post Office etc. etc. … they all proved to be invaluable learning experiences, however.
The lien process can be effective, but the enforcement of big-ticket liens is impossible for most. Even the IRS cannot enforce a lien, so they instead issue a Notice of Lien to get around a legit Lien. They record the Notice at the County, and procure a certified copy 30 days from the recording to make it look like an authorized lien … unfortunately, they get away with it, because they can. Point is, most of us do not have armed agents to collect. BTW, many have been prosecuted for placing liens under bogus harassment & terrorism charges.
A very effective way to enforce liens of a 10k level is through a judgement obtained in the Private initiated by a notarized & cured, unrebutted Affadvit of Facts submitted to the clerk of a Small Claims Court … it comprises an undisputed final judgement that no court can rule against if properly witnessed, memorialized & administered. I’d admonish most to not try any of this unless operating at a very high level of knowledge.

barreMemberI have a whole bunch of reads always in the works, but The Round Art: The Astrology of Time & Space by A.T. Mann & Vol VII His Methods & Discoveries: Their Practical Application by Luther Burbank are 2 that I’m finishing up.

barreMemberHey Hulda, good to see you here! Not all itches are created equal, and determine whether one should fight the urge or not. With contact dermatitis, such as Poison Oak it’s a no go zone. Non-spreadable itches, bites etc can be temporarily subdued, but I prefer an effective topical that brings immediate relief while expediting shelf life. An amazing essential oil formula consists of Rosemary, Lavender, Savory Thyme, Italian Cypress & Geranium. As luck would have it, such a formula is available through the Belgium company UNDA under the name Solvarome. Old fashioned Sting Stop at the HFS is also effective.

barreMemberHi Craig
Yes, operating a medical practice in the private is challenging. We sabotage our private status on step 1 by having a License, and compound the confusion by hanging a shingle in a Public commercial zone, typically requiring a Permit. My clinic facility was on private property, and I eventually relinquished all of my Licenses. Patients agreed in writing to an agreement between 2 consenting individuals exercising the right to privately contract. I understand this may be difficult for a physician with an established practice, especially if engaged in conventional medical modalities, but it does keep it squeaky clean. That being said, either way you may investigate using an LLC created by an unincorporated Trust in which the LLC does Public commerce, but portals into the Trust. The Trustee has a fiduciary responsibility to manage finances at the directive of the Trust, while maintaining absolute privacy. Any attempt to coerce disclosure of Private Trust information from a Trustee is tantamount to being forced to break the Law. The LLC handles all Public obligations and overhead in the Public, while any finances thereafter are not income, but Trust funds to be distributed internally to yourself and other members (office help etc). A Private Trust can wear many hats simultaneously ie. PMA, Humanitarian foundation etc). PMAs run into trouble when they operate directly in the Public, with no buffering Public interface. Thanks for being with us and please reach out with further questions.

barreMemberHey Douglas
I’ve used the John Ellis distiller for 20+ years. The quality is great, but it’s pretty labor & space intensive. I believe the machine does most of what it’s purported to do ie. eliminating toxic frequencies etc. by allegedly changing the O-H-O angles, but that needs to be better understood within a wave-form vs molecular context. The plastic issue is definitely a concern, and I’ll follow up on your link and get back with any thoughts. Ciao

barreMemberHi Dynese
Welcome to my discussion group! So good to hear that you’re contributing to the domestic cultivation of Jiao Gu Lan. It is a lovely vine, and fresh Jiao Gu Lan tea is the best. You’re definitely on track, by wintering it indoors. The recovery can be expedited with a simple seed mat to assure proper warmth if necessary, and be sure to periodically sprinkle a small dose of organic nitrogen fertilizer during the winter. Normal soil amending and/or transplanting should be done at the onset of the new growing cycle, however. They should be good to go for outdoor planting in Spring. JGL does not do well in direct sunlight, and well draining loamy soil is best … they will wilt quickly with insufficient water, so keep things moist without over-watering. Please let the group appraised of your progress and reach out for further clarifications. Happy gardening, Deb

barreMemberSo glad to hear you enjoyed that episode! We’ll be elaborating on each of the emotional subtypes relative to etiology, effects & methods to transmute ‘e-motion’ to the free-flowing ‘motion’ (energy) that fuels our co-Creator journey. My practice revealed the need to address the e-motional factor as fundamental to almost all “dis-ease’.

barreMemberMany file PMA paperwork on the Public side and expect it to be considered Private just because it says so … it’s still in the Public! An unincorporated Trust means just that, and is specified as such if a request for identifying number is made for the purpose of bank accounts etc. This is why there can be difficulty opening unincorporated Trust bank accounts … only incorporated entities can be taxed legitimately, including accounts opened in your NAME. As mentioned prior, an incorporated structure owned-created and beholden to properly defined by-laws can interface in the Public on behalf of an unincorporated entity with no transference of Public liabilities.

barreMemberYes, AV has adopted a PMA format around core unincorporated Trust(s) sans PMA formalized noticed to the Public. A Trust can utilize any organizational structure(s) to suit it’s needs executed by the Trustee(s) with no Public liability. Engaging in commerce brings another dimension into the mix, so incorporated structures can interface for that purpose. The Corp. ownership and unique by-laws then become critical to demarcate between the liability & none-of-your-business zones.

barreMemberThanks for the share Hulda. Just a couple of comments from personal experience. Opening unincorporated Trust bank accounts can be challenging. I had one at a local credit union just closed by the uppity-up-stream administrators. I have an appointment with Wells Fargo in Grants Pass coming up so I’ll keep you posted … there is a reason internal to WF why they sometimes open such accounts, but it requires a pre-arranged meeting.
On the subject of Bills of Exchange etc. … be careful, and I wouldn’t recommend going there! I have been up close and personal with all that you mention, and it lands many in hot water. I have had personal successes, and learned greatly from why the failures happened. It’s not an issue of the legitimacy of these processes, but realize that these folks will do ANYTHING to keep you on the plantation. Many of our early successes have been used by the creature class to identify malcontents and creatively get around their own statutes to prosecute-persecute, while further obfuscating codes through relocation, reassigning numbers etc. “They” always allow a degree of success prior to casting a wider net.
When Law gurus start sharing/selling these processes to the Public it is a matter of time before examples are made. I’m glad that all of this information is out in the open, but discharging mortgages, writing Bonds, BOE, A4V Set-offs etc. is not a cake-walk even when you know what you’re doing. I’d admonish all to choose your battles wisely, and don’t miss other creative ways of living free prior to entangling yourself in drawn-out legal processes that just may end badly.
That being said, Lawfare education is invaluable, but processes become less such when we own Who We Are. The changes that are upon us will soon neutralize all of this anyway.
