I get back pain from bending or sometimes even (too much) leaning forward. Have a history of about a half dozen back injuries since about 6 years old. Boiron homeopathics save the day for me over and over: Tellurium metallicum and Kali carbonicum. When they don’t do it, I apply a cannabis salve to the ouchy area. Always does the trick. (I’ve noticed that I have increased urination when I take the salve internally, for sleep, or even topically. Fascinating.)

Recently I’ve found less (no?) back pain if I point my knees outward as I bend down, or squat.

Hi Craig, I started hunting over 2 years ago for a group to guide me in creating a PMA or trust so I could exit the Matrix. At the beginning of 2021, I was referred to Marcia Ann, who was later the main speaker at the I Am the Living Law workshop at Alfa Vedic Gardens (summer of 2022). In the first 2 quarters of 2021, I participated in the 2 “discourses” she offers through SovereignByDesign.com – “Wisdom’s Calling: The Blessings of Liberti” (Liberti being Latin for “freed men”) and “The Mystery of Trusts.”

Since the beginning of August, I’ve been participating in the Sovereign By Design PMA/Banking Solutions program, which guides you in creating a private Express Trust and an Unincorporated Association (UA, which serves as a trustee of the trust and can also interface with the public, though itself it is private). Once one has conveyed the trust and UA, one can apply at a bank (or
credit union) for interest-free accounts for the trust & UA that are private and can’t be
    plundered.

I highly recommend this program. Not a quick fix. But over the past 3 years I haven’t found any quick fixes that work. This approach, I’m confident, does. I’m in the middle of the process, so I can’t vouch for it through my own experience.

The PMA/Banking Solutions program is self-paced using videos and pdf
materials from the first iteration of the program at the beginning of
2023. There are weekly Q&A support calls where you can ask
    questions of the presenters.

SBD is developing other programs, which build on the PMA/Banking one, e.g. off-setting or discharging all manner of debt (mortgages, various other kinds of loans, court cases, CPS, etc.), learning how to use international bills of exchange and other instruments, among other processes. There is a program on Protecting Your Land as well, which is not only about obtaining allodial title. (I’m a bit in a “rush” to claim my “real” property before all
land use titles expire in April 2024.)

SBD originates from “Canada”, but its programs are open to folks from the US, as well as other Commonwealth countries.

May you find what works for you.

Doh – once I downloaded it, I could see it. (What a bother. Don’t relish having to download images I want to view. Hopefully that’ll change.)

Since you asked, I’ll kick it off …

Been pondering a while what the function of scratching an itch is. It occurred to me that, since itching according to Chinese medicine is a sign of Heat, that scratching may function to release Heat. Then there’s the overdoing aspect, scratching till an itch gets irritated, raw or even bleeds. But excesses tend to be excessive, eh?

How do you see the Itchy Scratchy relationship, Barre?

Yeah, I have a prescription for reading classes too. And trifocals. I’ve been reading without them for maybe a year or so. These daze it’s out of one eye, as the other, which used to have better vision, is way blurry. Time for Meir Schneider’s eye exercises!

When I get something in my eye or otherwise feel I need eyedrops, I use rose petal water. Works like a charm. Stings. The more it stings, the more debris it’s clearing. So said the woman (who has an ayervedic clinic in Sebastopol California) who taught a class on ayervedic care of the eyes at the Northern California Women’s Herbal Symposium at Black Oak Ranch in Mendocino in 2017.

Prior to that I used Boiron Optique. For dry eyes, I think.

Onward and upward! (Or why not downward too? Is down inherently bad?)

    Hi Elin

I’m not Barre (LOL), but I have up front and personal experience with cataracts. I was “diagnosed” with Level 1 ten or so years ago. I’m 72. The last time I went to an ophthalmologist, a couple of years ago, he said they were still Level 1. My secret? I stopped wearing my glasses (near sighted) a few years ago, except when “driving”, and perhaps a year ago I stopped even that, around town anyway. I haven’t even started doing Meir Schneider’s/Dr. Bates’ eye exercises, though been wanting to. (That d.amned law stuff is eatin’ up so much of my time!)

As I’ve heard Barre say, nothing’s irreversible.

Barre, what does “unincorporated Trust(s) sans PMA formalized noticed to the Public” mean – that you’ve made/are not gonna make, a formalized noticed to the Public about the AV PMA? If so, why not?

Thanks for your thoughtful response, Barre. I’m not eager to battle the monolith (or anyone/thing else), prefer my hot water in a tub, and arrows from Cupid (but not cupidity).

I’ve heard you, time and again, caution against engaging in lawfare with the Powers-That-Seek-To-Control, which I do take seriously. Is your conclusion from the arrows you’ve received to basically ignore Them and focus on building the kind of society you want to live in? But doesn’t Alfavedic have/isn’t it a private trust/PMA/LLC (I’m not recalling the particulars) so it can be in the private yet engage in the public without co-mingling? I’m very interested in that approach and I think/thought that’s what the Sovereign By Design programs are about.

Will Alfavedic be offering in-depth “law studies”, for lack of a better term, building on the foundation laid in the I Am the Living Law workshop? I’m there wherever you and Marcia Ann are involved!

Mary, you may wish to check out the 2-hour Safeguard Your Land webinar (assuming a recording is available) for a $19USD donation (thus joining the SovereignByDesign PMA) – see link below. You would then have the option of watching recordings of the 2 workshop sessions ($250USD donation), about 3 hours each, and could then join in on the monthly (?) free Q&A sessions. I’ve found that protecting ones land or other property (like via a trust & UA) requires a significant investment of time and energy (as well as funds) and that doing something in a deep, substantial way bears fruit; cherry picking not so much.

PS: The Local Government Act of British Columbia states that all land use contracts will be expiring in April 2024: https://ltpm.ltsa.ca/547-termination-all-land-use-contracts-2024

And I found this (in the US?):

    https://www.delta-optimist.com/local-news/city-of-delta-to-get-completely-out-of-the-1970s-by-2024-5488331

Note: The international (lockstep) health treaty is supposed to go into effect in May 2024.

Is the slate (of contracts) being wiped clean for the Master Corporations to rewrite them in the spirit of lockstep?

Hi Mary, that’s all I know at the moment. It was mentioned in a private meeting, of which I only attended about a half hour of the 3 hours it ended up being. Am just at the beginning of the recording, but won’t finish it tonight. I think the group meets again next month. I’ll be happy to post any further information I come across. I did a search and didn’t find anything about it.

It was mentioned that a Shelagh McFarlane, who is running for mayor in Canada, has discovered that mayors (and I believe not just in Canada) no longer swear an oath to the constitution or the people or the country etc., but sign a document of employment by the UN. (I can imagine that’s the case with governors and all manner of “government” creatures, worldwide.) Also that the then Premier of Canada, Brian Mulroney, signed the country over to the UN in 1982 (? but he wasn’t premier until 1984, strange). Same thing’s happened I bet in the US and around the world. Ever heard of lock step? (LOL, haha)

You can hear McFarlane about the mayors on YouTube: https://youtu.be/g_zVYG_eZns?si=DGua9ooc1xjtBhOi&t=659 She’s seeking to inform people around the country (and the world?) about this and to do … something (haven’t listened to more than a few minutes of her talk).
