I’m skeptical of Gould and his contortions over David Wynn Miller’s mathematical (quantum) grammar, as well as his claims of being Postmaster General and head of some country that the rest of the countries need to get permissions from.
I’m opposed to the language gyrations that many “freedom folks” are making. It feels like a psyop. Like, “Watch your p’s and q’s, don’t say the wrong thing, turn your mind into a pretzel trying to be ‘correct’ about how you speak and write” while language is being deconstructed via abbreviation soup and the like. (See my songs “The Do Re Mi” and “Human – Monster or Earthling?” at http://solari.com/HuldaNystrom)

I’m for keeping it simple, listening to the intent of someone’s speech rather than to their use of “human”, “person”, “understand” or any of the other no-no words.

Thanks for starting this thread, Kev. I’m also very sensitive to disharmonious sound. Hence my song “Chooin’ on It”, which you can hear at http://solari.com/HuldaNystrom. In singing it to “random” folks (at stores, speaking with customer service/tech support etc.), I’ve found that 24/7 VERY LOUD train “toots” are widespread, not only in California, but elsewhere. All part of ’em “softening us up”, eh? I often sing it when I hear them toots, laughing at Them instead of feeding ’em anger. I’ve been asked “Who are They?”, which I leave the questioner to decide for themselves.

Elin, I haven’t received a jury summons since I unregistered for voting in 2022 or 2023. I last received a summons in 2022 for September. (I forgot to call in and they never dragged me off to the whosegow.) Maybe the unregistering did it?

On my songpage solari.com/HuldaNystrom you can hear my “Penelope’s Fire Cider” in the 2021 video “We Are Nature songbook”. If you search that page for “We Are Nature songbook”, you’ll find it. It’s under the section “Recipes for Sovereignty”. Friends kindly sent me their recipes which I turned into songs. I haven’t teased out the individual songs as audio files, as I’ve seen no need. I would post Penelope’s Fire Cider here if audio file posting were possible. Perhaps it will be down the road.

Awesome idea, Kev – I’m in for such a website! (BTW I’m in Northern California – SF Bay Area).

Do you have web design/hosting experience? I have minimal experience going back a couple decades (using Netscape web editor and GeoCities!) Wonder if @alfawarrior could help?

I hear you Gerald. I’m in a similar “place”. I’m hoping dreaming that those of us without resources and/or family/a community to homestead with will find an opportunity when Music&Sky buys its property.

Two years ago I was somewhat desperately looking for folks to buy land with. I realized, after that didn’t come together, that having viable relations is more important than having people to share costs. Of course, ultimately we need both, I feel, but building community for me has become central.

That’s why, when I saw that moving to the land wasn’t gonna happen for me in the foreseeable, I started moving towards building a small community at my triplex house, including moving away from landlord-tenant relationships. Now I have a steward who helps with gardening and some handytasks as 25% of his “consideration for use of living space”. My original tenant, in his mid-80’s, is on the verge of moving out and a couple of friends who would love to enter my stewardship community are poised to see what we can make happen. I’m thinking that should an opportunity “come around” to move to the land, into a community or creating one, one or more of them may wish to join us. Stay tooned 🙂

Wow Hugh, this is a ton of what looks like useful information. As for mortgages, insurance companies aren’t writing policies these daze, at least not in California. Any suggestions there? I’ve thought of creating a bond, but that’s way more advanced than I’m at, at the moment.

Hey Krista, good question about what change in ones life a status correction can make.

I’ve also heard that one can get into trouble doing Secured Party Creditor liens (or other processes?) though I don’t recall any details.

Is Common Law Trust Solutions David Gradney’s group?

Uh, thanks for the confidence in me that I would be able to teach what I’m doing. But why not?

    Thanks for the encouragement, Kev.

I’m in awe of your garden design service project, and the spirit thereof. I’ve been wanting to create a food forest since learning of ’em 4-5 years ago. And recently I’ve envisioned something similar to your service. Once my new stewards move in (crossing my fingers!) I hope to start creating my/our own food forest. Then on to providing a community service!

Looking forward to your updates as your project evolves.

    Huggs, Hulda

Kev, one thing I know about land patents is that patetened land cannot be put into a trust, as land patents are for the wo/man. Only the equitable interest (i.e. excluding what may be owed on a mort-gage) of a real property can be put into a trust.

From what I’ve seen over the past 3½+ years, Michellyn, there are a lot of Canadians acting on being free and plenty of Americans not.
