There is a “gardening group” – I do think that adding on to one of the many related groups is preferable to starting a new one because later you can move threads around to organize it easier keeping related content together. Welcome Stephanie!

Hey b – skin stuff is so annoying – and the more you focus on it sometimes the worse it gets – especially if you start throwing the kitchen sink at it and adding a million things that dry it out, etc. I used gentian violet (germa brand, just a few bucks, got it at Walmart) and that really helped – (b4 I learned about terrain theory)

although I didn’t have ringworm – I think that this non-homeopathic topical tincture actually is for things like that including thrush in babies. It stained lesions purple and dried them out so they stopped spreading. Side note: barre mentioned that skin issues from a ngm perspective is tied to people invading your space / security / comfort zone / border – and that was the case for me as well – It happened when I moved into a weird rental situation

Sorry you are going through this and Hang in there. the worst that can happen (if you don’t like poke and prod yourself too much) is eventually you try to ignore it and it goes away lol – I’m sure there are some dietary recommendations that someone will have as well. Part of my skin issues just wouldn’t heal until I totally stopped eating foods that I was mildly allergic to sort of force a total body reset.

I saw it come in while I was driving and had to force myself not to pull off the road. Wow. We’ve got some talented and spirited poets in the house over in this corner of AV. Very nourishing.

    Thank you James and friends.

Yes – Mike just listened to this and I listened after you posted the other one. And now I’m listening for like…the third time. Was thinking of you, Mary!

Also – I think this qualifies as spirit science adjacent – picked up some 25cent discarded books from my library today…even though it’s not as advanced as a Barre Lando lecture, it’s nice to be able to hold a book.

Reiki I know little to nothing about but once someone was performing it on me and didn’t tell me when I was on a drive – and I said “man, my left thigh is getting really hot” and he said “oh, you said you did something funny when you were snowboarding today so I was doing a little reiki to fix it” – I think I chastised him and told him to stop lol – this was before the concept of asking consent was a thing. I feel bad looking back now…haha maybe if I read this book I’ll be able to microwave people with my hands too.

    Poor little one, ife

    – hoping someone like @PennyJuniper will chip in because I’m probably one of the first to read and have no experience other than my cat who wheezes when it sleeps so I Will say a prayer and provide some basic medical background on wheezing to set the stage/ get the ball rolling.

How can you tell if wheezing is from your lungs or throat?

To diagnose the type of wheezing, a doctor typically uses a stethoscope to hear if it’s loudest over your lungs or neck. Inspiratory wheezing often accompanies expiratory wheezing when heard over the lungs, specifically in an acute exacerbation of asthma.

    1. Moisturize the air. Use a humidifier, take a steamy shower or sit in the bathroom with the door closed while running a hot shower. …
    2. Drink fluids. Warm liquids can relax the airway and loosen up sticky mucus in your throat.

-Licorice, peppermint, slippery elm, marshmallow – all of those things are so powerful.

-Low ommm vibration to break things loose end ease the nervous system.

-rhythmic tapping whenever my Lungs are stiffened up from toxicity helps me take a deeper breath (although I usually beat it pretty hard on the center of my rip cage)

-non stop chest to chest hugs under covers with the moist air circulating from breathe and heat from heat – like under a blanket – that way you would know if there were any real issues arising as well

I can’t believe that I managed to create such a tangle of a simple membership plan – haha

Well – the credit card when I updated it had my husbands name on it – would it be possible to send a password switch for the executive membership? I’m still logged in as only a supporter and can’t get back to the executive content.

Pretty much all Pains went away once I started eating raw Coco powder, working into meals and eating as much as I felt like I needed, during the week leading up to my period. I’m pretty sure just eating some iron and cocoa in the right timing makes a huge impact on period cramps. Also the more calories I ate before my period the heavier it would be. Then after my period I usually feel like I could fast and I’m not as hungry so certainly there is some thing to be sad for that kind of diet plan for my experience

Smart to ask seeing as how I’m paying for the executive…but can’t log in. I know that they are a sliding scale but somehow when I upgraded I created a double account so I suppose you don’t wanna make a mistake and be stuck in limbo like me. Worse comes to worse I guess I’ll just cancel both and start over again.
