SaschaMemberAnd by the way, they are bitter as hell and I recommend not using drug store brand epsom salts, but food grade. I wonder why Barre doesn’t use epsom salts… I have to ask him!

SaschaMemberThe flushes that i have done in teh past have been Hulda Clark’s and Andreas Moritz’s, which are very similar. You should be able to find easily online. I just checked Barre’s and see that it is different than what I am used to. I have done flushes MANY times, just not very recently. This discussion is inspiring me to do one very soon.
The epsom salts that are in the other protocols allow for the passage of large ‘stones’. I have passed toonie sized ones before (I’m from Canada) and never felt a thing. There is a lot written about things getting stuck and being dangerous, but with the epsom salts, things pass through easily.

SaschaMemberI have some definite thoughts on that and have had the great benefit of helping my friend through a gallbladder attack. I normally get to people with this advice after they have their gallbladder removed unfortunately.
I always tell people that if they are having an attack to drink just the epsom salts, 2 portions in the ratio recommended in the flush protocol, 2 hours apart and to be prepared for diarrhea. This opens up the bile duct and allows things to flow. I had my friend do this the day after a gallbladder attack came on, epsom salts only, no oil, and that same night she released about 100 stones and she has been fine since. Before that she had been experiencing intermittent discomfort for years. The attack come on a few days after doing her second ever coffee enema. We knew that she had a sludgy bile duct for years and she had never done anything about it.
I have recommended this to many people before doing the flush to help clear the way, or for those who are simply experiencing discomfort in their liver/gallbladder area, and only one woman did not release stones. One elderly woman said she passed about 3 cups of black sludge on her 4th time of doing this after doing it consistently once a week for 4 weeks. Another woman not only gotten rid of stones, but live wriggling worms!
I would say this is a much better option over gallbladder removal 🙂

SaschaMemberBroccofusion ointment by Newco (local company in my city) is also excellent! (sulforaphane ointment). And then there is looking at cancer through the lends of German New Medicine. Changes the whole perspective. Very curious to learn what is in Barre’s ointment 🙂

SaschaMemberMy pleasure!
And just like that, it was pulled from You Tube. Didn’t even make 24 hours.

SaschaMemberYeah, sometimes if someone is very sensitive to fats and gets nauseaus easily, it’s clear they are quite congested so I recommend they just start this way to see what comes out, and then do the flush protocol. Nothing passes for me personally with just epsom salts (at least not so far), I just get the runs, but I’ve also done many flushes. But I may try again just to see what happens.

SaschaMemberI know! I have many stories!

SaschaMemberI don’t mean that what you did was an attack… I mean that if one is having a gallbladder attack, or they have a sludgy bile duct then simply drinking the epsom salts can clear it and one will see ‘stones’ pass into the toilet. Meaning that they are there already since there was no reaction with any oil as no oil was consumed.
Are you saying you did the full protocol nightly , as in the full amount of olive oil? That is a lot if so! it is generally recommended to not do it more than once a month. I will have to check Barre’s protocol, I missed that one.
