Oh wow so sorry to hear this Sonya! Can you get your hands on a nebulizer? Start nebulizing 1 to 1 food grade h2o2 to distilled water for the cough and run a diffuser at night while you try to sleep with some essential oils for the lungs like oregano and white thyme. I would try and get some homeopathic remedies as well like Aconite, Arsenicum, Pulsatilla & Ferum Phosphate. These are all low cost remedies that can hopefully help with the cough.

Curious if anyone has found good history books for older kids similar to what Tuttle Twins have made? As far as I know, there is nothing really out there. We were pretty happy with the Tuttle Twins books but they are more for younger 3rd-5th grade. Thanks!

Great question! I have wondered why as well! I hope @barre has an answer here but he got me into groats with raw butter and dried fruit. One of my fav winter meals! So wholesome and nourishing for my soul 🙂

Nice, Mike is connected to much of this world through Alfa Vedic during Covid. He hit me up when he left his marketing job due to the covidiot erectus going on there in the Bay Area at that time and the rest was history…now look at him on big podcasts and stuff!

Sending so much love your way! I got gnarly weird headache and almost poisoned feeling after this show that took me out till Fri night. Bouncing back now and checking in with everyone. Yerasimos and Sophie’s house is still there. A lot of us have been focusing on protecting it! Glad you guys are safe and sound. There are lots of evacuated freedom peeps holding up in SM right now. You guys should have a get together! 🙂

Boom. Yes! Such a beautiful design. And as Percival explains in Thinking & Destiny, these elementals are using us a university to grow and mature in so they can eventually graduate into the next step of consciousness which is human … (as the great eternal progression of Intelligence continues). So we have a duty to be the best teachers possible because these are the beings who will take over here as we ascend up.

one thing I love to do is grind them slowly into a powder-like consistency and then simmer in raw milk (or coconut milk if I’m feeling tropical) adding raw butter as it goes, almost like a risotto. Finish with toasted nuts, dried berries, a bit of maple syrup and another dollop of raw butter and boom, meal for the day is served 🙂
