Hey y’all.. I looked into upgrading from Co-op member to Executive, but couldn’t figure it out.. I had to do a lot of clicking around, and finally found the page where I thought I could upgrade, but all I saw was the various tiers within the Co-op level ($10 – $15 – $25), without an option to jump up to Executive.. Any guidance on that???.. Does the $25 level on the Co-op page actually refer to Executive?? — (It wasn’t labeled as such, so I wasn’t sure)… T’anks, y’all..

Smart to ask seeing as how I’m paying for the executive…but can’t log in. I know that they are a sliding scale but somehow when I upgraded I created a double account so I suppose you don’t wanna make a mistake and be stuck in limbo like me. Worse comes to worse I guess I’ll just cancel both and start over again.

Hmmm lemme look into this. Were you guys using the Upgrade button in the Sunscription tab in your account? I’ll have the team check on that. We’ve always planned to make that easier and work better, it’s on our list 🙂

Thanks Mike.. Here’s the run-down of what I did.. I clicked on the “Subscriptions” tab.. My subscription number was then displayed and I clicked on “View”.. On the next page, I scrolled down to and clicked on the “Upgrade or Downgrade” tab.. The next page showed my subscription, but with no clear way to upgrade.. (See screenshot below).. I clicked on “Switch Subscription” but nothing happened — the current screen just simply refreshed.. and one time it said “Sorry, this product can’t be purchased”.. Thanks again..

same issue mike, attempting to upgrade to exec coop and same results as those here in.

figured it out, though it was a bit difficult for my pre 90’s brain to find the proper link protocol ?

i had paid for a year initially and went to monthly, not sure if there is an integrated prorating or what not, there is a differential though that may needs be addressed at some point.
