I’ve been paying twice for my account which is fine looking back – but I haven’t been able to log into the exec-coop side since Thursday. I am now only able to log in as a supporter so if someone could merge these accounts that would be great. I used the “chat”

Feature as well outlining issue on Thursday and Friday. Thank you!

I wondered if I tried to pay in advance to see if I can log back into the executive account from the confirmation but this is what it says

Not sure what you did but somehow you had two active subscriptions in one account with the Supporter under a different billing name which may have caused a bug but either way, I cancelled that one so you should be good. Sorry about that!

Well – the credit card when I updated it had my husbands name on it – would it be possible to send a password switch for the executive membership? I’m still logged in as only a supporter and can’t get back to the executive content.

An update: I will cancel the old card and add the new card and do the $25 charge again – hopefully then I will be able to log back in properly

/ but fyi the same bug that kev had is what happened to me and someone else in the beginning when I was signing up I remember
