So how’s everyone’s reading coming along?

One thing that blew me away today during my morning reading of T&D was this concept that our bodies act as University Machines for all nature units! We are literally providing the ecosystem for nature to evolve in consciousness towards becoming a Triune Self itself. This is such an empowering concept and very much in line with Hermetics (as is all of Percival’s work).

The fact that not only all of the stars & luminary bodies have a direct connection to our organs but that the smallest units inhabit is to learn and grow is breath taking in scope and grandeur as well as beautiful in design.

Hi Mike,

I caught the wave you started and somehow ended up with this seemingly impossible book. I’m about 80 pages in with barely any idea of what my eyes are passing over. I convinced a friend to buy it to help me decipher and make meaning from it. I know there is truth somewhere for me to unearth so I keep moving my eyes over the words. It’s like when I first started meditating and sat there unsure of what I was doing until finally my days would start to flow and I felt peace deep in my body. I’m looking forward to the study group and by the end of summer I should have some purchase on a few of the concepts. As long as my friend pulls through. 😉

Look forward to simplifying as much as I can for you! Percival introduces a lot of new jargon within a completely new metaphysical architecture so it’s def not lightweight reading but I think over time you’ll find it quite enjoyable to read 🙂 def easier than Rudolf Steiner!

Hi Jill! I dont know if this helps at all, but so far I’ve been finding that the concepts Percival is presenting are more or less the same concepts that the various spiritual teachings of the ages have been telling us about, it’s just that he managed to peek behind the curtain and get a look at the workshop haha. Just a much more technical explanation of many things I’ve read before. It’s been mind bending so far, but that thought helps me from wandering too far off the path 🙂

Thanks Steven, I think I’ve finally turned a corner and can now digest some of the concepts. My friend told me her secret is to just plow through and let it activate her brain. I watched that video posted below and it’s both a relief and even more daunting to know that I am 1/12 of the doer. I’m pretty sure the other 11 are annoyed with me at this point.

I actually JUST finished reading that section! It makes so much sense when you think about how me take in simple nutrients from the earth and transform them into usable units in our bodies. Like a proper Alchemical action we exalt everything we touch and raise it into a higher conciousness

I bought “Thinking and Destiny” a few weeks ago but just managed now to start it. I am 20 pages in and have read each word at least twice to comprehend. I am processing the very freeing notion that we have 4 senses (on our head), which are more like transmitters, and ‘feeling’ is now in a category of its own, having intellect. It makes wonderful sense and this restructuring helps to jettison the feeling impulses off towards telepathic possibility, something the 4 senses can not. Looking forward to what comes next.

@alfawarrior , I was just listening to the AV podcast from the other week on Aether. Haven’t quite finished it yet. When you were discussing thinking & destiny, were you comparing the universe to sort of how say the teeth meridians work with say, the organs and other systems of our bodies? You’re saying the book compares it as our organs to various things within the universe, if you will?? Connected in a similar way?

And, when you spoke of the animals and our desires/emotions being given to them when we “pass over”…you mean when we die in this lifetime? Or some other way we connect with the animals and our lack of control of our emotions/thoughts? Wondering if it is just via an energy field, where our field may connect with theirs, but in a bigger way.

You’re getting me thinking of ordering the book…just wondering how many years it will take me to read it, lol! Would love it if you could do a video or say, 30m or so, giving us an idea of something like what you just described in the podcast. Sounds pretty awesome!

Oh wow! That was awesome and I’m not sure you could have answered as well in a written message vs the video you did. I read a lot of Steiner and it’s so interesting to see some of the similarities. Thank you so much for the time and detail in your answer. I think I will be placing an order for the book. So many super cool things to learn…this life is really just the best experience when you get the opportunity to continually learn and grow! Which is why we are here. ?

One other thing! Those released feelings & desires that form into animals come back into us once we return in the next life as we still need to balance them! So animals are just the store house of our own unprocessed feelings and desires

Does this means animals in general or does it include our own pets? My dog is an angel, is she expressing back to me all the goodness in my last life? 😉

Domesticated animals are indeed something special as they are being affected by our thoughts in much more powerful direct way and IMO are a means for us to mirror back our feelings and desire thru nature in a more palpable and expressive manner that teaches us to remember who we are and why we are here!

So I do need to clarify a VERY important distinction here. It is actually the perfect Triune Selves in the Realm of Permanence that are the University Machines, not our physical nature bodies here! Whoops! See, I’m still learning 🙂

This is also why I’ve been hesitant to start the study group. My mastery of this subject matter is just not even close to there yet.
