I am interested in learning about logical fallacies. There are lots of websites with varying lists–one I found had 147 fallacies! Can anyone recommend a reliable, perhaps classical, source for learning the main ones? I’m thinking about how logical fallacies play into scientific discourses such as the existence of “viruses,” as well as those often heard when arguments are being made about almost any topic. This seems to be an area where modern people are woefully under-educated. Thanks!
