I’m wondering if you Barre or Mike have been able to obtain your land patons? Or if anyone else in northern ca has been able to do so.

I believe Ron Gibson lives near if not in Northern Ca. and he has a land patent.

He lives in Grants Pass Oregon 2 hours from me. He wrote the definitive book on Land Patents and has done many over the years. You can see his presentation in our Living Law workshop available to members on the AV site.

Our upcoming webinar will detail the complete process from Status to Land Patents that will be taught in a comprehensive curriculum with Marcia Ann & team that AV will be sponsoring. I am very much involved in the process of obtaining Allodial Titles.

Thanks so much for your response. I have seen deep levels of corruption in sonoma county and Yuba county. People are not even being allowed to speak in court and I could go on about what I’ve witnessed. Thus my question-I have listened to a lot of theory and strategy but have not heard of anyone being successful in Ca so wondering if u have. In Ron Gibsons book, if I’m not mistaken, he says only about 50% cases he knows about are successful. I would love to see some written up cases of success if there are any.

the issue i have seen with looking for case law as regards these types of “cases” is that the courts do not want president, so they are often settled before any preceding can take place, as such there is little to be found in cursory searches within the public record.

I would be happy to speak with anyone in Ca who has successfully obtained a land patin and learn how they enforced it in their particular county and what challenges they did or didn’t run into.

Aloha, slightly off topic, but from my innerstanding having listened to the I AM workshop on AV platform here- Hawaiian Kingdom is out of the question currently for land patents due to the Native Hawaiian likely ability to claim (certainly not disputing this) land, just as Native Americans can in some areas on the mainland US?
