Hello! I am curious to appreciate more of what this status change in the commercial system does for you? How does one operate their affairs differently as an SPC? Does it afford you any protection in the system? I took a trust class with Common Law Trust Solutions and it seems they guide folks in this process, or provide the service to do it for you… Some compare SPC with having the sovereign rights of a National, yet others do not. I’ve also heard some say that one can get in trouble as an SPC within filing liens. Any additional insight is appreciated!

Hey Krista, good question about what change in ones life a status correction can make.

I’ve also heard that one can get into trouble doing Secured Party Creditor liens (or other processes?) though I don’t recall any details.

Is Common Law Trust Solutions David Gradney’s group?

      Hi Hulda,

Yes, it is David Gradney’s group. Afterwards, I took the Sovereign By Design courses that you have mentioned here and have been working with Marcia Ann as well. Her Trust structure is more straight forward for me, and I deeply resonate with her. I am still curious about what SPC does for you specifically, and how people utilize it in the commercial world. It does feel correct to assign yourself as the creditor, and not the debtor… though after that I am not certain what one does moving forward as an SPC.

        Hi Krista

SPC is a formalization of your Commercial status ie. Creditor vs Debtor, and accompanied by a Declaration of Status for the sentient, non-commercial Being. Debtors are devoid of Commercial standing which dictates the outcome of any legal process under the auspices of the Uniform Commercial Code, and has nothing to do with Art. III jurisprudence. I have found the status correction useful for re-directing “commercial offers” back into the laps of agency folks who must now resume liability for the debt they created and tried to foster onto you. In actuality, the legal process is nothing more than a game of “hot potato”. As usual, don’t try any of this at home unless you really, really know what you’re doing!!!
