I’m an MD that runs a medical practice in Charleston, SC. The powers that be are making it very challenging to operate my practice so looking for some guidance/resources about how to start to set up a PMA for my patients. I need to get outside of the system to be able to be valuable to my patients. Thanks very much!

PMA Weekly looks like a good resource: https://pmaweekly.com/

I just finished the status correction, so this stuff is next on my list.

Hi Craig, I started hunting over 2 years ago for a group to guide me in creating a PMA or trust so I could exit the Matrix. At the beginning of 2021, I was referred to Marcia Ann, who was later the main speaker at the I Am the Living Law workshop at Alfa Vedic Gardens (summer of 2022). In the first 2 quarters of 2021, I participated in the 2 “discourses” she offers through SovereignByDesign.com – “Wisdom’s Calling: The Blessings of Liberti” (Liberti being Latin for “freed men”) and “The Mystery of Trusts.”

Since the beginning of August, I’ve been participating in the Sovereign By Design PMA/Banking Solutions program, which guides you in creating a private Express Trust and an Unincorporated Association (UA, which serves as a trustee of the trust and can also interface with the public, though itself it is private). Once one has conveyed the trust and UA, one can apply at a bank (or
credit union) for interest-free accounts for the trust & UA that are private and can’t be
    plundered.

I highly recommend this program. Not a quick fix. But over the past 3 years I haven’t found any quick fixes that work. This approach, I’m confident, does. I’m in the middle of the process, so I can’t vouch for it through my own experience.

The PMA/Banking Solutions program is self-paced using videos and pdf
materials from the first iteration of the program at the beginning of
2023. There are weekly Q&A support calls where you can ask
    questions of the presenters.

SBD is developing other programs, which build on the PMA/Banking one, e.g. off-setting or discharging all manner of debt (mortgages, various other kinds of loans, court cases, CPS, etc.), learning how to use international bills of exchange and other instruments, among other processes. There is a program on Protecting Your Land as well, which is not only about obtaining allodial title. (I’m a bit in a “rush” to claim my “real” property before all
land use titles expire in April 2024.)

SBD originates from “Canada”, but its programs are open to folks from the US, as well as other Commonwealth countries.

May you find what works for you.

Hi Mary, that’s all I know at the moment. It was mentioned in a private meeting, of which I only attended about a half hour of the 3 hours it ended up being. Am just at the beginning of the recording, but won’t finish it tonight. I think the group meets again next month. I’ll be happy to post any further information I come across. I did a search and didn’t find anything about it.

It was mentioned that a Shelagh McFarlane, who is running for mayor in Canada, has discovered that mayors (and I believe not just in Canada) no longer swear an oath to the constitution or the people or the country etc., but sign a document of employment by the UN. (I can imagine that’s the case with governors and all manner of “government” creatures, worldwide.) Also that the then Premier of Canada, Brian Mulroney, signed the country over to the UN in 1982 (? but he wasn’t premier until 1984, strange). Same thing’s happened I bet in the US and around the world. Ever heard of lock step? (LOL, haha)

You can hear McFarlane about the mayors on YouTube: https://youtu.be/g_zVYG_eZns?si=DGua9ooc1xjtBhOi&t=659 She’s seeking to inform people around the country (and the world?) about this and to do … something (haven’t listened to more than a few minutes of her talk).

Thank you, Hulda. I would appreciate it if you can keep me in mind when you hear more or just this group. That deadline is just a few months away and I’m not even sure what it is all about. So much coming down the pike right now and while I try not to get caught up in negativity I believe it is important to stay informed. They post their plans and I wonder if like the WHO, silence is considered acceptance? I just don’t know.

Mary, you may wish to check out the 2-hour Safeguard Your Land webinar (assuming a recording is available) for a $19USD donation (thus joining the SovereignByDesign PMA) – see link below. You would then have the option of watching recordings of the 2 workshop sessions ($250USD donation), about 3 hours each, and could then join in on the monthly (?) free Q&A sessions. I’ve found that protecting ones land or other property (like via a trust & UA) requires a significant investment of time and energy (as well as funds) and that doing something in a deep, substantial way bears fruit; cherry picking not so much.

PS: The Local Government Act of British Columbia states that all land use contracts will be expiring in April 2024: https://ltpm.ltsa.ca/547-termination-all-land-use-contracts-2024

And I found this (in the US?):

        https://www.delta-optimist.com/local-news/city-of-delta-to-get-completely-out-of-the-1970s-by-2024-5488331

Note: The international (lockstep) health treaty is supposed to go into effect in May 2024.

Is the slate (of contracts) being wiped clean for the Master Corporations to rewrite them in the spirit of lockstep?

Thank you, Hulda. I’ll try to look over in the next several days. Between this and looking into different forms of tech/Internet and some spiritually growing studies…I feel I need some version of a “speed reading course”. I’m not a spring chicken anymore…wish I had known and started this much in depth a long time ago. Better late, than never!

Thanks for the share Hulda. Just a couple of comments from personal experience. Opening unincorporated Trust bank accounts can be challenging. I had one at a local credit union just closed by the uppity-up-stream administrators. I have an appointment with Wells Fargo in Grants Pass coming up so I’ll keep you posted … there is a reason internal to WF why they sometimes open such accounts, but it requires a pre-arranged meeting.

On the subject of Bills of Exchange etc. … be careful, and I wouldn’t recommend going there! I have been up close and personal with all that you mention, and it lands many in hot water. I have had personal successes, and learned greatly from why the failures happened. It’s not an issue of the legitimacy of these processes, but realize that these folks will do ANYTHING to keep you on the plantation. Many of our early successes have been used by the creature class to identify malcontents and creatively get around their own statutes to prosecute-persecute, while further obfuscating codes through relocation, reassigning numbers etc. “They” always allow a degree of success prior to casting a wider net.

When Law gurus start sharing/selling these processes to the Public it is a matter of time before examples are made. I’m glad that all of this information is out in the open, but discharging mortgages, writing Bonds, BOE, A4V Set-offs etc. is not a cake-walk even when you know what you’re doing. I’d admonish all to choose your battles wisely, and don’t miss other creative ways of living free prior to entangling yourself in drawn-out legal processes that just may end badly.

That being said, Lawfare education is invaluable, but processes become less such when we own Who We Are. The changes that are upon us will soon neutralize all of this anyway.

Thanks for your thoughtful response, Barre. I’m not eager to battle the monolith (or anyone/thing else), prefer my hot water in a tub, and arrows from Cupid (but not cupidity).

I’ve heard you, time and again, caution against engaging in lawfare with the Powers-That-Seek-To-Control, which I do take seriously. Is your conclusion from the arrows you’ve received to basically ignore Them and focus on building the kind of society you want to live in? But doesn’t Alfavedic have/isn’t it a private trust/PMA/LLC (I’m not recalling the particulars) so it can be in the private yet engage in the public without co-mingling? I’m very interested in that approach and I think/thought that’s what the Sovereign By Design programs are about.

Will Alfavedic be offering in-depth “law studies”, for lack of a better term, building on the foundation laid in the I Am the Living Law workshop? I’m there wherever you and Marcia Ann are involved!

Yes, AV has adopted a PMA format around core unincorporated Trust(s) sans PMA formalized noticed to the Public. A Trust can utilize any organizational structure(s) to suit it’s needs executed by the Trustee(s) with no Public liability. Engaging in commerce brings another dimension into the mix, so incorporated structures can interface for that purpose. The Corp. ownership and unique by-laws then become critical to demarcate between the liability & none-of-your-business zones.

Barre, what does “unincorporated Trust(s) sans PMA formalized noticed to the Public” mean – that you’ve made/are not gonna make, a formalized noticed to the Public about the AV PMA? If so, why not?

Many file PMA paperwork on the Public side and expect it to be considered Private just because it says so … it’s still in the Public! An unincorporated Trust means just that, and is specified as such if a request for identifying number is made for the purpose of bank accounts etc. This is why there can be difficulty opening unincorporated Trust bank accounts … only incorporated entities can be taxed legitimately, including accounts opened in your NAME. As mentioned prior, an incorporated structure owned-created and beholden to properly defined by-laws can interface in the Public on behalf of an unincorporated entity with no transference of Public liabilities.

@barre , How are things going with Wells Fargo? I listened to this and thought of you. Newer bank called Old Glory Bank, got some characters with it that might be interesting, but if you are considering WF, then this could be worth checking out. It seems they do Trusts unless I misunderstood.

    Hi Craig

Yes, operating a medical practice in the private is challenging. We sabotage our private status on step 1 by having a License, and compound the confusion by hanging a shingle in a Public commercial zone, typically requiring a Permit. My clinic facility was on private property, and I eventually relinquished all of my Licenses. Patients agreed in writing to an agreement between 2 consenting individuals exercising the right to privately contract. I understand this may be difficult for a physician with an established practice, especially if engaged in conventional medical modalities, but it does keep it squeaky clean. That being said, either way you may investigate using an LLC created by an unincorporated Trust in which the LLC does Public commerce, but portals into the Trust. The Trustee has a fiduciary responsibility to manage finances at the directive of the Trust, while maintaining absolute privacy. Any attempt to coerce disclosure of Private Trust information from a Trustee is tantamount to being forced to break the Law. The LLC handles all Public obligations and overhead in the Public, while any finances thereafter are not income, but Trust funds to be distributed internally to yourself and other members (office help etc). A Private Trust can wear many hats simultaneously ie. PMA, Humanitarian foundation etc). PMAs run into trouble when they operate directly in the Public, with no buffering Public interface. Thanks for being with us and please reach out with further questions.

      Hi Barre,

Thanks so so much for this detailed reply and info, it’s very helpful! I don’t do much conventional medicine at all so this will be a great approach for me to get going on. It feels really good to be entering into this new arena and am grateful for all you do here to provide people like myself the opportunity to ask questions, etc. Truly grateful ??????

Hi Craig, I too am looking for my practice sovereignty here in Ohio. I’ve read through these posts, but I’m not sure I noted a clear path to move forward with starting a PMA or other entity. Have you progressed any further with things or uncovered any great options?
