Looking for someone to educate me on filing Calif tax with a federal ROE

    Hi fantastic people.

    Would you know someone with experience or a pro who could educate me for donation about satisfying Calif tax obligation? I have filed ROE and now looking to make sure I understand, dot i’s and cross t’s the state side in that case.

    Once you file the ROE there is no need to file with California either. Bear in mind that you will not be able to get any withheld taxes back from either entity. so be sure to structure your revenue streams to avoid that. 😀

        This is my first year not filing – not sending anything to either the IRS or FTB. Did not send anything to the FTB regarding the RoE, either – it should not be necessary….
