    Taxes?

I am really curious about this. I hear some going around saying ‘stop paying taxes’, but hardly ever hear about the nuances and the how’s. Would love to stop paying taxes. For example what about…

What if you you are a person that collects a W2 at end of year. Any issues or differences here?

What if you have investments that collect interest or dividends both domestically and internationally? Any issues or differences here?

What if you have a 401K? A pension?

Anyway, thank you Mike for sharing and I will dig deeper into what you shared. Always learning, but if anyone has experience in any of the above would like to hear about it. Thank you.

you may do well to start with watching marcia anne’s presentation on private trusts here on AV under courses, gives a starting perspective on possible roads… there are also a great many alfacasts with people in this regards that have been helpful at directing to resources in perspective

Thank you Abram! Will check out Marcia’s course on trusts. Been wanting to do this for a while now so this is good motivation. Starting to map out my escape process.

If in US one great path is a Revocation of Election. It works. Here is one way to go about getting it done. https://www.weissparis.com/july4.html

The Revocation of Election to Pay is legit, and it was absolutely necessary for this code to be buried some where in government Hanger 51 as their “get out of jail free card” for the revenuers. Since the Income Tax is 100% voluntary via contractual agreement there must be an available remedy for those discovering that they have been defrauded. I base this also on a good dozen years of personal experience along with other folks within my circles.

I read through the info on Weiss’s page regarding the revocation. I am a federal retiree. Is there anything I can do to revoke my election?

Hello Dr Lando, How about California State Tax? After the ROE do you need to pay state tax? If so, how do you do that? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am looking into this also… How many people have negative blow-back from doing stuff like this? If blow-back does occur (ie IRS “coming after you” for the money you “owe”) what does that usually look like?

Cory, when I talked to the guy at Weiss Paris, I asked how many ROEs they’d filed and how many got rebutted, and he said about 10,000 with ZERO rebuttals. They could question a previous return within the last 3 years, but I suspect that would look like a normal type of audit. If they try any kind of lien Weissparis can handle that as well.

I will be filing my ROE later this year – – and each state is different, but from my research, CA is tied to the Federal return, so if you don’t file a 1040, then you don’t file for CA. No need to send them any thing. The Q&A page on weissparis.com is an excellent resource for questions!

I am pretty sure you are correct about state tax and I asked Weiss the same thing. If you change your jurisdiction that means you have changed your jurisdiction to all. Fed and state. So, no state taxes.

Wow, I sure hope this is true. I went through Weiss-Paris. It’s too soon for me to weigh in. I do know they don’t answer any questions about state taxes or deal with state govt.

Good stuff. I can’t seem to find an answer to this, if anyone knows, I’d like to hear it. If one revokes election to pay taxes does that create limits or challenges to operating a business such as being a member of an LLC or creating an LLC?

Hi Abram, Any way you could share the exact wordage you used when you said you removed your consent verbally with an IRS agent? I am learning much of this mumbo jumbo is very specific and if not used properly they can snag us. At least it seems that way to me and my simple mind. Thank you.

twenty years ago; i had a conversation with him in a relaxed unassuming fashion, talked through possible remedies to the benefit of those agreements that are, and what the was true in the contract, at the end of which he said “tell you what, i am going to put you down as uncollectable, let us know if your situation changes and you want to continue your payments” i said “thank you very much for your help and time”… i have found that genuine curiosity and a willing participation with your family on the other end of the line is as important, or maybe even more important, than knowing all the ins and outs of the legal mumbo; that said, i suggest you dig in to some of the videos and links that mike and others have posted recently, especially in regards to equity, this avenue seems to have the most proven results…there are many paths and it is important to lay your own foundation of knowledge so you can proceed free of fear and anxiety, as this will greatly color your outcome. in this there is no singular magic bullet. hope this is helpful, abe

as for the mumbo jumbo snag, if you take the benefits, then you are responsible for the obligations that go with it, and to honorably discharge the contract if it is proven to be materially misrepresented(fraudulent;) most of the time people haven’t cleared the way to take responsibility in hand, and are “acting” out of fear and emotion that has not been integrated, and quite often, myself included at times, are in actuality trying to get out of being accountable for our own lives; your ability to take this on is dependent on where you are at in this journey to self knowing.

Well said abram ~ I’ve been learning and down many rabbit holes. I was first red pilled by this construct and others from a random guy (agent of awareness) in a Starbucks in Ashland, OR nearly 20 years ago. The last 4 years it’s been nearly daily diving. I can only respond in action to that which feels integrated with clarity . . . which seems to be about 90% emotional processing and 10% effortless action. . . trusting the process and making the moves. I appreciate your sharing.

Hi abram, The name sounds familiar and it’s quite likely I’d know her by face/presence. As you know living in Ashland within a year you can know nearly everyone 🙂 to some degree via the plethora of spiritual vectors. I’m still in touch with friends from Ashland as my 7 years before being energetically ‘booted out’ was deeply transformational. I was there from ~ 2003 to 2010. Were you there then?

Smiling ~ and my apologies to yahusha for the gender oops. Smiling about his wife being named pamela and resembling my photo. Many people would ask me when I lived there ‘are you married to peter?’ (we share the same last name) I’d say no, not that I know of. Eventually we were in line somewhere and peter heard someone ask me and we had such a laugh because he was also getting people asking him if he was married to me. Do you know dan altman (ashland brain center) . . . I could go on . . . what a place, what a vibe. Did you like living there?

In regard to the ROE and the tax scam. I believe everything that has been shared here is accurate and legit. But, what if one needs access to credit as in a loan? I believe the banks will ask for one’s tax returns. Yes? No tax returns no credit? How about renewing a passport? I think if the Sec of Treasury says you are in trouble for tax debt, they will not allow you to renew your passport. Yes?

Lastly, the court system? I have heard that they have changed the court systems in recent years. For example, I think income tax cases go through a tax court which will not allow a jury or the option of going to the supreme court.? I think Crow777 is sharing some awesome tactics for dealing with the court system that sound great, but for me I’m afraid of ending up in the courts period.

I am still fascinated by this, but at the same time I am a realist and constant skeptic. I guess it all comes down to one’s own risk tolerance. If anyone has any real-world examples of coming up against the system and what that was like, please share. Thank you.

<div>Fascinating podcast! However, I’ve searched through the Congressional Record documents referenced in it (June 13, 1967) and have been unable to find anything remotely similar to the verbiage referenced regarding “civily dead entity operating as co-trustee and co-beneficiary of the PCT….” I’ve also done some online research and while I see this phrase repeated in many other forums, I cannot find it in the original referenced source – but I do see posts of individuals asking for directions, like I am as to where to find it. Am I perhaps looking in the wrong place? Have the congressional records been altered. Any ideas? Very confusing…. </div>
