Here’s an excellent scientific overview of Turpentine — what it is, how it’s derived, how it functions, fat-soluble toxins, etc.. Kaufman explains it well..

I’ve long known what the cause of this diabetes was — toxic exposure, namely glyphosate, as the condition developed suddenly after being exposed to it on the job.. I’ve known I need to detox the pancreas.. Chlorine dioxide (which denatures glyphosate) didn’t work.. Looks like turpentine is next option..

Just one of the topics covered in this conversation..

Outstanding questions: what kind of turpentine to look for, and how to use it..

Anyone here got experience with it??

I agree, Dr. Jennifer Daniels is my source. She offers a free download on her site called “Candida Report”. https://vitalitycycles.com/

I learned of it from Dr. Daniels as well several years ago. Have taken it a handful of times since then when I do a cleanse. I never noticed anything super distinct which I can attribute to it, just an overall better feeling which could be from any or all of the combined cleansing protocols (Psyllium husk, detox teas, fasting, UT). Turpentine is said to be quite effective on parasites, which I believe to be true, but the most profound parasite detox I’ve experienced has come over the last 7-8 months after beginning Diatomaceous Earth. I was floored by some of the creepy things I’ve passed. ? And Kev, as a UT practitioner, you’ll be tasting the turpentine in your wee for days. lol

Indeed. I’ve heard ADV talk about this. Certainly something I’ve begun to keep in mind.

I started using Diatomaceous Earth a few months ago as a binder during my intensive UT therapy.. I quit using it.. dunno why, other than sometimes my mind can’t keep up with things and I forget shit.. But, interesting thing about DEarth that I discovered the first time I used it — it’s a method you can use to vortex and structure water.. It’s silicon dioxide, which is the same as quartz crystal, and it’s magnetic.. I think I can explain how it does this to water.. Perhaps you’ve discovered this yourself..

Also, pine-flavored wee sounds good to me!.. Lol..

Hi Kev, I am so curious how to do this! Can you please share the method you found or used?

I have a plethora of DE and am starting to source up all the DIY products I can to structure my water. I currently have well, with access to a spring.

I may purchase a 3d printed (bpa free) magnetic structuring funnel for $20 on etsy

But what I really know is a rock or earth/clay element is needed. I am trying to replicate the euphoria I felt from harvesting mountain runoff water a few years ago where I had harvested from a tiny waterfall flowing over rocks. What happened is that there is a true spring that many people harvest from but I went past it and saw this waterfall and thought maybe this was the spring but it wasnt the official spring. It was even better tho 🙂

I’d love the link to the Etsy seller selling vortexing funnels!.. I’d make sure it’s a hyperbolic curve though, and not some random curve.. it might still vortex, but I’m a purist with such things and would want a true hyperbolic curve (ala Schauberger)..

And hey, this is synchronous.. I randomly got out my DE this morning and took a glass full, the first time in a really really really long time.. It was completely random, and I actually thought about when I get a new camera, I want to take a video of the vortexing action.. I’ve told others I was gonna show how to do it and what happens.. I had no idea it would happen the first time, and I immediately knew it was a water structuring mechanism, or technique..

So, what I do is take a wide-mouth glass, like a tumbler, and fill it to near the top with room temp water.. Then I take a scoop of DE (not using a metal spoon) and place it into a common wire sieve (just minimizing contact with metal as much as possible).. Some of the DE powder will fall through, but not much.. Then I raise it up over the glass of water (say about 6″-8″ or more between the glass and the sieve) and then take a chopstick (or whatever) and gently tap the edge of the sieve in a repetitive rhythmic way.. The idea is to create a “light snow” that falls on the whole surface of the water.. This is what I find to have the nicest effect.. (If the DE falls too fast and heavy, it can clump and sink and not vortex optimally)..

What happens is that the DE will start to spin counter-clockwise like a galaxy, and as it does so, it will be magnetically drawn into the center, all the while spinning faster.. and when it gathers in the center, it then sinks into the water via a central column.. It literally looks like a hyperbolic vortex (like these photos)..

First time I sprinkled DE into water, I got the perfect vortex funneling action, and I fell out.. I instantly knew I had found a structuring technique.. See, (if you don’t know, and if I understand correctly), DE is silicon dioxide like quartz crystal (or some close variation of it).. as such, it’s a dipole magnet; meaning, it’s asymmetrical (1 silicon, 2 oxygens) and has an inherent slight charge to it (positive on one side of the molecule, negative on the other).. I think this is how & why it forms a crystalline matrix — the charges line up and bond magnetically into a matrix.. Water is also a dipole magnet like this (1 oxygen, 2 hydrogens), and “structured water” is when it all lines up and the water forms a crystalline matrix, just like quartz does.. Gerald Pollack has postulated, or created a model of what structured water might look like, in terms of its matrix expression.. I forget what it looked like, but probably similar to quartz.. So my assertion is that silicon dioxide magnetically pulls water into matrix, and thus structures and coheres it..

You’ll get different results with it.. Sometimes it’s a dramatic vortex that spins really really fast.. sometimes it’s slow.. sometimes it barely spins at all, and sometimes the DE just magnetically draws to the center without spinning at all (sometimes slow, sometimes super quick like strong magnets zipping toward each other).. One time I got a peripheral vortex outside the bounds of the main vortex; that secondary vortex was smaller and was spinning clockwise (the other direction).. The main vortex eventually influenced it enough to stop the clockwise spin, made it spin the other way, and then absorbed it into the main vortex.. and sometimes you don’t get the clear central column, but more random or sporadic sinking of the DE..

i’ll try the DE today! amazing synchronicity! thorough explanation.

here is link to etsy vortex funnel. is it proper vortex by your standards?

Oh wooow, that’s an interesting funnel.. I’d never seen the inner surface of one with that etched-in spiral pattern.. Vortexing funnels I’ve seen are always smooth on the inner surface and shaped like a hyperbola (remember algebra?).. it’s that particular curve that makes it naturally vortex.. So this is cool, and yes I approve!.. Lol.. But I would be interested to see the math on that particular spiral.. when you use a 3D printer like this, you literally enter in a math formula, so I wonder what it is.. very cool.. And the two magnets flanking the spout at the bottom.. hmmm, wonder what’s up with that.. I’ve heard of others running water through spiral pipes with magnets strategically placed on the outside..

Right now I’m back to drinking filtered water out of a copper mug with a chunk of quart crystal in the bottom, at all times.. I feel better already!.. Lol.. 💥

I have tried it for the past 10 days after I watched Dr. Kaufman‘s initial podcast on it… I haven’t noticed any difference with my insulin. I also did the chlorine dioxide and the DMSO and didn’t notice a difference with my insulin with that either!

If you go back to the very beginning of ask Dr. Barre questions, he answers me on how he used to heal Type 1, and type 2 diabetes, if you go way back to the beginning.

My next step is to do the auricular German acupuncture-the closest to me is 8 hrs away and work with the Chinese medicine doctor who’s part of the exec group here in KY, I just have to do everything in steps money wise.

In the future I would probably buy the Jennifer Daniel’s one-but this is where I got mine. I feel a difference in my Brain but hasn’t affected insulin needs.

Thanks for the link to the turpentine product page.. Appreciate that.. Dr. Daniels didn’t have it on her sight though.. Only supplements of hers that I found were like 5 bottles of capsules of things, and that was it.. No turpentine..

I was unable to find Dr. Barre’s thread on curing Diabetes.. Can you help me out with a link to that page??.. I didn’t see a discussion thread in Health & Wellness, or elsewhere.. My mind’s not too sharp these days..

Also, I did start to have success with fixing diabetes with chlorine dioxide.. I did the protocol for an intensive 64 days.. At some point in the process, I became highly insulin sensitive, where I had to reduce my meal-time Humalog dose from around 25 units to just 3.. And my basal dose of Lantus went way down too, from 40 units to 5.. I couldn’t figure out how CDioxide would increase insulin sensitivity, per se.. but what I really thought was what I was hoping for in the first place — the CD was detoxing and liberating the pancreas from chemical poisoning, and the organ was waking up and starting to produce insulin again.. therefore, injected insulin on top of endogenous insulin was *way* too much.. This phenomenon only lasted about 2-3 weeks, max, and then things went back to how they normally were.. The one thing I failed to do was to stop injecting any insulin at mealtime and then see if I got natural blood glucose control, to whatever degree, which would have confirmed the pancreas had reawakened and was functioning again.. I didn’t do that dammit..

I also saw the same phenomenon with Urine Therapy when I opened the hatch and dropped some bombs on the skin cancer.. I became highly insulin sensitive in the same way, but this time it only lasted about 3 days, and things went back to how they normally were.. I thought the urine was a feedback loop that was homeopathically instructing my body how to denature the chemicals oppressing the pancreas.. but that didn’t appear to be the case..

Another interesting thing about all that (i.e. insulin sensitivity) — In the past couple months I’ve gone mostly carnivore + veg in my diet to help my gut normalize and support the resolution of the 2 hernias I have.. I rarely eat carbs now (maybe a grain twice per week max, like quinoa or buckwheat), and the big change is that have experienced a dramatic reduction in my cravings for carbs and sugar.. I’ve got a voracious sweet tooth, and these days, I might crave a little fruit in the evening maybe once or twice per week and that’s it.. Funny, carbs feeds the gut bugs that hijack your nervous system and make you crave more of it.. It’s like the fungi that hijack the brains of ants and instruct them what to do.. I coined the term “Robot Ants” to refer to the phenomenon.. Lol..

Oh, but here’s what I meant to say — going carnivore hasn’t helped with insulin sensitivity, and in fact, I experience post-meal glucose spikes when I don’t eat carbs (which shouldn’t happen so dramatically), and overall sensitivity has actually gone down.. Say I have a high glucose number — the amount of Humalog units I’ll take for a correction dose is based on one unit of insulin dropping the glucose number by 15 points, roughly.. So, a 4-unit correction dose will bring the glucose reading down by about 60 points, etc.etc.. Well, since going carnivore, correction doses only move the number by as little as 2-3 points, but still as much as 11 or 15, no doubt.. The other day I took a correction dose, expecting a drop of about 130 glucose points, and only saw a drop of less than 10.. It’s mad all this.. ?

Hmmm, don’t know enough about the herbal-anxiety connection.. What comes to mind is anything classified as a “nervine” to calm the nervous system, like maybe American Skullcap.. or, an adaptogen to balance hormone production and level you out — like Astragalus or Holy Basil.. Dunno.. I may be way off on that thinking.. But also, maybe something to calm cortisol production (which an adaptogen might do, actually).. I took Panax ginseng for a while and it quickly caused me nervousness and anxiety, and my naturopath (TCM practitioner) said it sounded like it aggravated cortisol production.. So, maybe the reverse is the strategy — level out hormonal production — and maybe a long-term adaptogen like Astragalus might prevent spikes leading to anxiety..

Also, I understand the anxiety thing — I lived with PTSD and severe anxiety for 14 years.. But won’t go on about that here.. That’ll be covered in my autobiography.. Lol.. ? ..But I get it..

You may also enjoy our Alfa cast episode with Dr. Daniels. I responded to a thread early on in a different chat about my clinical experience with Turpentine beginning in the early 80s. Bottom line, be judicious in using any resins or essential oils internally. I trained in Endobiogenics with Dr. LaPaz in France to learn a neurological-based exam process to discern when to use such substances due to their strong effects, which are absolutely not appropriate for everyone all of the time. The exam protocols revealed individual contra-indications as well as dose amount, frequency and duration if and when useful. I understand the desire to do one-topic webinars, but approach all such information with great discernment.

Thanks Dr. B for chiming in, and I appreciate the input & perspective, especially about if or when any protocol would be appropriate.. With self-administration it becomes a matter of just being aware of oneself and how you feel and what you notice going on in your body.. I get that.. Helpful heads up.. And hey, gonna go hunt down the Alfacast with Dr. Daniels!..

Here’s Dr Lando’s info for healing diabetes.

I am thinking that your post meal increases are due to the digestion and timing of how long it takes to digest protein… If I’m eating a meal with straight protein, I take my NovoLog right before I eat, if it has any veggies in it, I take it 15 minutes before And if it’s straight carbohydrates, I will take my insulin an hour before I start eating them… So, if I decide to have a treat, I take my insulin entire hour before because carbohydrates are very fast to digest… Another thing to consider is how late it is in the day. in the morning you are on Dawn phenomenon so I would have to take a double the amount of insulin for the same food in the morning because I’m counteracting done phenomenon but at night sometimes I will take my insulin (novolog) just after my dinner because digestion is slower, and the nervous system system has less strength at night. I hope that helps.

For those that were looking for another turpentine option. Dr. Cowan shares a bit about the one they sell as far as how it is made….

Our Turpentine is now back in stock!

Our Georgia Pine Gum Spirits of 100% Pure Turpentine are derived from slash pine trees growing in south Georgia, USA, using sustainable forest practices. We are proud to source our pine gum spirits from a multi-generational family grower, who harvests the raw pine gum themselves. They fire distill the raw gum right on their family farm using the same time-tested methods they’ve used for hundreds of years. They then bottle, label, and package the turpentine by hand, and ship the product directly to our fulfillment center. Our turpentine is not to be confused with “rectified turpentine,” which is a by-product of the pulp and paper industry and contains sulfates and other impurities. Our turpentine is 100% pure and natural.

Oh nice!.. Thanks for that.. I’ll be ordering from Cowan for sure.. Interesting thing — there’s a family-owned business on Amazon selling turpentine that uses this *exact* text on the product page.. I’m wondering if Cowan buys from them and then puts his own label on the bottle.. I wasn’t sure about that particular company, so I just went with another option that was recommended, for my first bottle.. In the spirit of sharing options, it can be found here:
