Prolonged menstrual bleeding

    Good morning everyone,

I would appreciate any direction regarding prolonged menstrual bleeding. My period stuttered at the beginning and I will admit I was concerned about the possibility of pregnancy. I did a bit of Reiki on myself to try to regulate things which led to the start of the more defined period. However, I am now going on my third week of daily bleeding. I am still doing a bit of nightly Reiki before bed. I did not take any injections that were being offered by world ‘authorities’ from around 2021. I attended a few family gatherings at the end of the year but I know the shedding theory has been debunked. I’m in my early forties. I looked at Barre’s recent video on Dis-ease and I remain calm and sure that my body knows what it’s doing. I’m quite hesitant to go to any local medical practitioners. There are a couple of alternative ones but if anyone can provide any suitable advice , I would appreciate it.

I recently ordered the Alfa Vedic women’s protein powder and the 12-in-1 cell salt. Will it be enough? No idea at this point.

    Hi Alisa,

I get this question quite a bit. First you want to look at your intakes and see if anything you are consuming is a blood thinner. Turmeric, black seed oil, aspirin, white willow bark, ibuprofen are some of the main ones., but there are certainly more. Dairy can cause an access of estrogen and cause the same issues.

Second, everlywell has a really nice at home female hormone test that you don’t have to go to to doctors for, it takes a whole month to do but it’s worth it. Often prolonged bleeding is an imbalance in the estrogen/progesterone ratio causing an estrogen dominance. Not enough progesterone causes the bleeding, think of progesterone as the “holding onto the blood” hormone. It is important that during the luteal phase of our cycles we are not over exercising and we are eating enough. Lack of food, high stress and over exercising makes progesterone “shy”.

You may want to get yourself some cracked cell wall chlorella for iron, and some yarrow tincture for heavy depletion days, it will slow things down a but. Vitex is also a great female balancing herb.

    ❤️

      Greetings Penny,

Thank you for your comprehensive response. There are a lot of factors that you listed there that could apply, perhaps compounded together. I do know a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner so thanks for the point in that direction as well.

And if it keeps going on, if it were me, I would see a Tcm doc/practitioner/acupuncturist because your body may just need a little more help. Tcm is hard to beat when it comes to women’s health.

I checked the TCM place I visited many years ago and it seems it closed its doors last year! Will have to look for somewhere else!

    Hi Alisa<div>
I must admit I’m shy about offering any health advice on this platform because of the wealth of knowledge here and because I’m in awe of Barre’s super whizz knowledge!

I’ve had some strange experiences with things that shouldn’t be happening after a gig and a crowded restaurant so I get your passing shedding concerns plus a lot of fear has been put out there. I kind of wondered for myself if it was a “tuning” thing but who knows.

There are wonderful herbs out there for excessive bleeding and hormone balancing and I think Penny has mentioned some fab ones and I’d also look at basic, background stuff.

I’d usually look at congestion and nourishment. You’re at the age when people start talking about perimenopause, fibroids, polyps, endometriosis but in a world full of labels it’s good to look behind the scenes. A less efficient functioning colon and liver can contribute massively so it’s always good to have a cleanout. Barre and Mike are well into coffee enemas as they’re strongly effective but some people aren’t ready to go there or physically find it hard to manoevre so herbal colon cleanses and liver flushing can be done instead to clear the crap out and to get everything perky.

I’d also keep the diet clear of pesticides and dairy, certainly for now. And over stimulating things like sugar.

The adrenal glands might be a bit tired and again there are herbs for that but do background basics first. I think a lot of women are a bit tired as they head towards the middle ages, tired of always “giving out”, often to jobs/careers, relationships, families, parents, conventional society and its demands, partners. A lot of this is enjoyable and fulfilling as well but there’s often a continual outward movement rather than thinking what does my secret soul desire? If that’s you then think about what your secret soul does desire. The last few years have made us all look very outwards but we need to create too. So there’s that central energetic nourishment but also nutritional nourishment, especially at this time of year…..go green, lots of live green smoothies!

I think modern humans can be very detached from the cycles and rhythms of life and the menstrual cycle can reflect that. I’d say do a lot of earthing/barefoot walking but it’s bloody cold at the moment. But get out there, sit/walk with some plants and trees. And light! I’ve had some recent experiences with not enough natural daylight and a mad neighbour keeping me awake with a crazy strobe effect cat deterrant causing bleeding issues! Get out and get enough daylight and get enough sleep in a properly dark room to balance out aspects of hormonal cycles.

Lots of women have complicated emotional attitudes regarding pregnancy and children too. I think modern women spend half their time trying not to get pregnant and then half their time trying to! Everyone has to follow their own path so sit quietly with yourself if there are things there that you have to work through.

I hope some of this is helpful, and raspberry leaf tea is often a very good starting point, it’s not just for pregnancy ?

Thanks for all the suggestions. I wish I were ready for a coffee enema but I’m not there yet. It’s probably time for a liver cleanse though. I have been doing lots of grounding. As I’m in the tropics I don’t lack for daylight. I actually need to be careful as my skin type lacks melanin to the degree required for the sun’s intensity.

Hi Alisa! I actually shared a related story although I don’t think shedding has been debunked – please feel free to direct me to something – the consensus that we came to was that it seemed to be happening and affecting menstrual cycles and how might one prevent the effects. Unfortunately, I don’t really have a suggestion other than water….

Sonya: I have the same instinct with sharing info hah & Penny: I already know if something happens your my emergency speed dial.

I’m going to keep trying to track back to a few things from the past to keep thinking about this from different angles – I really hope everyone is feeling ok. Definitely weird emf stuff happens sometimes these days. I feel like I’m at sea with so many waves and the weather is constantly changing and my body is just trying to remain afloat sometimes.

Nice to hear from you, Eliza. I watched some episodes of The End of Covid series and there was a session where they debunked shedding from the perspective of spike proteins. I guess that does not mean it can’t be another factor having an impact.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. Time for me to move in that direction to healing.

I’m not sure about the “spike protein”. Yes, the way I think of shedding is from a resonance sort of perspective. And, perhaps we always have experienced that in one way or another. Someone, something, someplace, some music…that makes us feel a certain way or maybe, we don’t even notice it at all, but we are still effected. Vibration, resonance…Whatever you wish to call it. Can it be manmade? Like native vs non-native frequencies? Seems there are non-native frequencies that are said to be good for you and some that are not, right? 5G tower vs Rife device? I may have more questions than answers.

I hope your symptoms are improving. Too much blood loss can be a concern over a period of time, but sounds like your body is performing it’s own detox. Giving yourself as much TLC as possible is usually a good thing. Let us know how you are currently doing. ?

Thanks, Mary. Things are getting better, actually. The Vitex recommended by Penny is the real deal.

If you’re reacting favorably to the Chaste Berries you may experiment with a Chaste, Sage & Schisandra combination. A Gemmo preparation of Rubus Idaes (Raspberry Leaf) is my favored form of this herb for the female reproduction system and related issues … I’ve used the UNDA manufacturer in Belgium with best success. I’m working on various Spagyric preparations for all of the above as we speak. Our Schisandra planted last year and abundant Sage at the farm will be used for this, and Chaste is on our new variety planting list for this spring.

It’s important to keep in mind … even with a favorable response from mitigating herbs, the underlying issues related to any menses, or post-menses symptoms begin pre-puberty, and should be addressed on an individual basis for general health. The single modality I’d recommend, even though I prefer orchestrating multiple techniques, is advanced Auricular Medicine as taught in the French & German schools. A good practitioner will be able to isolate the frequencies to diagnose, treat & connect the various levels involved for a lasting reset and erasure of neurological memory underlying all chronic conditions.

Thank you kindly for your message, Barre. I will look into getting the suggested herbs and I am excited to hear of your Spagyric work with some of them. I will keep an eye out for those as well. I was able to pinpoint doctors who did the auricular therapy training in my country https://ishtaracenter.com/about-us/ and will follow up for long-term healing.
