Thoughts on or experience with the Oura ring? Sneaky tracking device? Fancy mood ring? Legit helpful gizmo?

Both me and my wife had one and it’s a very well built device.

A chiropractor we know did some muscle testing on my wife and she was significantly weaker when wearing the ring, so she sold it. She used it to mostly count her steps, so she bought a simple pedometer and is using that instead. She also found that the sleep numbers were stressing her out, hahaha.

The user data will probably get bought and tracked at some point, if it isn’t already, so that’s why I sold mine. I’ve been using the HeartMath device in place of the Oura Ring for HRV data and it works well.

Wow interesting about the muscle testing! My instinct was that I don’t want any kind of tracking device on me, either, but was curious if there were an overriding benefit. Doesn’t seem like it. Thanks!
