Just the fact that it is on the FDA’s site, is already alarming.

True Paul , however , there are still plenty of studies indicating it’s harm both in theory and in practice . What we would need to do is debunk those studies which as of yet I haven’t done . I would be the first to agree that if the authorities deem it to be ineffective and harmful , then it’s probably isn’t . However , we do need to be as skeptical towards supplements as we are against “approved” pharma drugs and medicines .

I would be interested in hearing from Dr Barre as well on this report…I have been taking the MB for the past 6 months or more now and have had good benefits from taking.

Where are you getting mb from? I watched both the videos and this is very intriguing! I’m definitely gonna do some more research.

I get mine from trosciptions. I use the just blue. One troche per day or every other then I sit in infrared or if the suns out I spend at least an hour in the sun. It helps it work better.

The is an alfacast from this past year with a manufacturer of mb – they also discuss the way that dosage is pretty important to keeping it working in a healthy manner (scientifically broken down) versus toxic – and they plan to stock his product on the site – personally I’ve not tried it but I’m sure that I’d love it. It’s amazing what some nutraceuticals can do for me like DMAE bitartrate

Awesome Stephanie! Let me know what your thoughts are on the episode. It is funny how sometimes unnatural treatment options can be really appealing. Personally I found “gentian violet” super helpful and sort of out it in the same category as this…but like…it’s not natural and I think that you can’t even buy it in Canada lol. Then, petroleum jelly is considered the most healthy baby moisturizer on one of those eating websites for consumers…maybe there are a few exceptions like these. Overall though – I guess – I’m always trying to reduce my reliance on buying another product and improve my control over my body’s natural energetic healing processes and my own self control to just take regular old care of myself. But yeah…methylene blue really seems like something that I’d find great.

@amber.lansford hmmmm…an exec call without an amber update? Won’t be the same! You are the living breathing proof of all of these teachings in practice! I’m so impressed with your spirit and perseverance! (Also, steph, amber is the ultimate cheat sheet to most of the healing modalities encountered on here or life’s challenges in general…if she hasn’t tried it she probably has on a kid..or a horse or a husband. Lol haha)

The FDA “report” which was irritating to read as they literally never referenced the actual studies that I could see, is for a pharmaceutical intervenous MB. This means, it is being injected straight into the blood stream. I take the buccal, but let me be clear, there is no way I would ever recommend taking MB intravenously. Almost anything injected into the blood stream is a bad idea and should only be done in very extreme circumstances such as emergency catastrophic events. (Excluding hydration solutions) MB has been used this way for cyanide poisoning in the past (which is what this product they are reporting on is). Concerning the animal studies: What they do in animal experimentation is completely overload the poor critters with enormous amounts of a compound until they have a reaction. If one does this with anything, eventually the animal will sicken in one way or the other, it’s not only horribly archonic, inhumane and unethical but also completely unscientific and dishonest.

Now all that said, honor your intuition and your body. If you feel like MB is not right for you then, ditch it. There are plenty of other great plants/substances out there to help us. If you are looking for a good, whole food high powered antioxidant I really like açaí berry, particularly for men.

Great advice! IV MB protocols are also based on a more allopathically oriented therapeutic intention, as compared to the purposeful low dosage recommendations proven to stimulate more efficient ATP production over the long run.
