KevMemberI haven’t done a gall flush, but I’ve been looking into it and talking to folks about it in dm.. It seems legit to me in terms of consistency of what people see (green semi-soft stones flushing out, etc.).. One of the folks I’ve talked to had the same experience..
I’ve got it in my back pocket at this point, and if/when I get to it, I’ll compare Barre’s approach to that of Andreas Moritz.. I downloaded a PDF of a chapter of his book, and thought I’d share it here (just 16 pages).. But would def like to hear others’ experience if they’ve done these protocols..

SaschaMemberI have some definite thoughts on that and have had the great benefit of helping my friend through a gallbladder attack. I normally get to people with this advice after they have their gallbladder removed unfortunately.
I always tell people that if they are having an attack to drink just the epsom salts, 2 portions in the ratio recommended in the flush protocol, 2 hours apart and to be prepared for diarrhea. This opens up the bile duct and allows things to flow. I had my friend do this the day after a gallbladder attack came on, epsom salts only, no oil, and that same night she released about 100 stones and she has been fine since. Before that she had been experiencing intermittent discomfort for years. The attack come on a few days after doing her second ever coffee enema. We knew that she had a sludgy bile duct for years and she had never done anything about it.
I have recommended this to many people before doing the flush to help clear the way, or for those who are simply experiencing discomfort in their liver/gallbladder area, and only one woman did not release stones. One elderly woman said she passed about 3 cups of black sludge on her 4th time of doing this after doing it consistently once a week for 4 weeks. Another woman not only gotten rid of stones, but live wriggling worms!
I would say this is a much better option over gallbladder removal 🙂

KevMemberWow, all of this from just Epsom salts?.. So that’s good advice, to do Epsoms for a while before a full-on flush (which sounds intense, especially the Mortiz protocol and drinking like a cup of olive oil or whatever it is with grapefruit juice).. So yeah, good advice there — get things flowing first so less shock to the system.. That was something I was a bit hesitant about or at least questioning — too much of a shock.. And also, not surprised there was an acute situation after one coffee enema.. That got the bile flowing, which then got hung up in a clogged gallbladder.. Obvious.. Thanks Sascha.. Really good advice.. I will in fact be doing Epsoms first before the full flush.. Not sure when, but sometime in the next few months maybe.. Might give an update or a recount of my experience..

SaschaMemberYeah, sometimes if someone is very sensitive to fats and gets nauseaus easily, it’s clear they are quite congested so I recommend they just start this way to see what comes out, and then do the flush protocol. Nothing passes for me personally with just epsom salts (at least not so far), I just get the runs, but I’ve also done many flushes. But I may try again just to see what happens.

SaschaMemberI don’t mean that what you did was an attack… I mean that if one is having a gallbladder attack, or they have a sludgy bile duct then simply drinking the epsom salts can clear it and one will see ‘stones’ pass into the toilet. Meaning that they are there already since there was no reaction with any oil as no oil was consumed.
Are you saying you did the full protocol nightly , as in the full amount of olive oil? That is a lot if so! it is generally recommended to not do it more than once a month. I will have to check Barre’s protocol, I missed that one.

SaschaMemberThe flushes that i have done in teh past have been Hulda Clark’s and Andreas Moritz’s, which are very similar. You should be able to find easily online. I just checked Barre’s and see that it is different than what I am used to. I have done flushes MANY times, just not very recently. This discussion is inspiring me to do one very soon.
The epsom salts that are in the other protocols allow for the passage of large ‘stones’. I have passed toonie sized ones before (I’m from Canada) and never felt a thing. There is a lot written about things getting stuck and being dangerous, but with the epsom salts, things pass through easily.

SaschaMemberAnd by the way, they are bitter as hell and I recommend not using drug store brand epsom salts, but food grade. I wonder why Barre doesn’t use epsom salts… I have to ask him!

KevMemberI’ve never seen “food grade” epsoms, distinct from other types.. The bag I bought last week says “not for internal use”, which I just take as legal liability stuff.. But in the past I’ve seen Epsom packages give instruction on internal use (how much to dissolve in water, etc).. or, at least that’s what I recall.. I just have never seen the words “food grade” on a package.. If it’s pure Magnesium sulfate, I don’t know what the difference would be, or what makes it “food grade” or safe/unsafe for internal use.. So it looks like it’s off to Scamazon to search for “food grade”.. 😉
But thanks for the heads up..
