Does anyone have experience or thoughts on applying a Gonzalez protocol style diet for ANS support, to their menstrual cycle? I’m wondering if such an idea would be beneficial for energetic balance.

    The best I can tell:

Day 1 -13 is more heavily influenced by E2 and that stimulates Parasympathetic which would be ‘healing phase’. This would lend itself to a carnivore diet (balances by stimulating sympathetic/ increasing acidity).?…

Day 14-28 is P4 dominant so it is Sympathetic dominant which would essentially be ‘conflict active’ and a more vegetarian diet would be beneficial (Mag & Kali to encourage a parasympathetic balance)…

Any thoughts appreciated. I’ve heard of seed cycling and just wonder if this would be another option/ complementary option.

Pretty much all Pains went away once I started eating raw Coco powder, working into meals and eating as much as I felt like I needed, during the week leading up to my period. I’m pretty sure just eating some iron and cocoa in the right timing makes a huge impact on period cramps. Also the more calories I ate before my period the heavier it would be. Then after my period I usually feel like I could fast and I’m not as hungry so certainly there is some thing to be sad for that kind of diet plan for my experience
