Another good one.. Thanks, Penny.. You know, some of us are old enough to remember when the smaller natural products companies were still independent.. I remember when Odwalla didn’t pasteurize, and when Tom’s of Maine at least seemed to be better than the mainstream choices.. But now their toothpastes all have detergent and fluoride in them.. etc..

You can tell the products that are under the umbrellas of the 8 companies.. The labeling is all about marketing in a certain way to get people to think it’s the healthier choice, whether it’s true or not.. They use words like “natural”, or “nature’s choice”, or “eco” or “green” or “cleansing rainbows”, or any number of code words.. And the artwork on the labeling usually includes nature imagery like a green leaf or a tree.. Maybe such things are free of straight-up poisons, but probably not really healthy overall.. Or, I just like to avoid anything in a package as much as possible, especially if there’s a manipulation in the marketing going on to convince people to buy.. I was looking at “eco” dish detergents the other day, and they all had no less than 2 synthetic preservatives in them.. And in that case, unless you can look up the complex chemical name of the detergents, it’s safe to assume they’re from petroleum, unless they say coconut oil-based, or whatnot..

Okay, apologies.. Rambling a little bit.. ?

Hi Penny – I am aware about this and in one of the vids you put up the presenter said that organic was also being subjected to this – I am in Florida and a label reader absolutely !!!

So, i haven’t found anything on organic fruits/veggies ( Palm Beach County )- I wonder if these depraved whatevers are putting this on product and not labeling ?! Probably been breathing in too much chemtrail fog?

Thanks for posting these 2 videos Penny !!! ??

I have been wondering the same. I know Driscolls berries made a commitment not to use it. I have to make some calls to my coop, my CSA service and my small local grocers. I am concerned about my coop, because many of them bought into the plandemic.

Hi Penny – I think all the organic producers and farmers are under heavy handed pressure – I am a member of a food club from an Amish farmer who’s being hit hard by the ag agency in Penna.- So, where does this go …it will take courage certainly !!!??

I forgot this : Jordan Rubin was the creator of Garden of Life Raw Organic food supplements and is/was from Palm Beach Co, Florida ( Lake Worth)

In the video from Dr Josh Axe ( who co-authered a book with Jordan Rubin) spoke about how Big Corp is buying up independants- I didn’t know that Rubin’s Company , Garden of Life, had been purchased by Nestles Corp.!!! They had great products under Rubin, but who knows what Nestles will do ?! Thanks again Penny!

Penny.. Thanks for posting this.. I had never heard of Apeel.. I was just in the market a few days ago and was horrified by the amount of wax coating on the apples.. Now I’m wondering if some of that is actually Apeel.. I don’t trust at all that it will be properly labeled to let you know that it’s been used.. A safe assumption is that they’re using it and not telling us..

Also — and this isn’t a criticism per se — I don’t buy the assessment that such things are merely profit-driven.. As far as I’m concerned, it’s intentional poisoning.. Why else would anyone mix a bunch of known poisons together and coat the food you eat with it??.. So when someone emphasizes it’s “to make more profit” and doesn’t see the obvious, or won’t entertain nefarious intent, well I think it’s just missing the bigger picture.. (Same with any pharmaceutical or vaccine that is know to do harm — if you put something out that does harm, and you know that, and you still do it, it’s with intent to do harm.. So, “making more money” isn’t the whole story).. Again, not a criticism of anyone and how they see it, or trying to be inflammatory, it’s just my view on it.. Maybe a little 2-cents.. Regardless, I’m glad she exposed this and made the video..

Glad to know about this.. Just continues to emphasize that we need to take complete control of our own food production.. ?

      Hi Kev,

I just liked her break down, I thought she did a good job with the explanation. I understand what you are saying. I have observed that it is a stage in the waking up where one sees it first as greed centric and all about money. Eventually if she keeps looking long enough she will probably see what is really going on. I used to have the mantra of “don’t apply maliciousness where stupidly and/or greed can be found” now, that has changed for me as I do see something much more malevolent going on. Even now I still struggle intellectually with what is happening. It is a very bizarre time to be incarnated as a human. This whole thing….smh.

Love your point-of-view, Penny, and respect it of course.. It’s true that such things are stages in the “waking up process”, and we’re all wired differently.. I think when I was much much younger I used to rage against corporate domination and collusion with corrupt government, etc., to some degree, and the greed aspect was part of all that.. but I easily and quickly jump to sweeping conclusions regarding mal-intent within a bigger picture.. But that’s just me.. ?

Thanks for sharing this. It is more difficult now to determine. In the beginning there was an Apeel label and there is another name that is similar Edipeel or something like that. It can be on organic as well. Sadly, our organic is not what it used to be. The Real Organic Project is worth checking into. One of my farmers has switched to this since it is stronger than USDA Organic.

Originally, I did find the Apeel label on avocados and cukes. I was able to track down through their websites a few companies/distributors that coat their products. Citrus is a concern for me since I know there are already issues with mold and Apeel might help them last longer.

I do the best I can, read the labels, buy from a store that says they do not purchase products with Apeel (but I still verify), email a few companies and try not to let it become too stressful. The smaller companies are helpful. I reach out to Azure to get them to check with their vendors as well. At least we try to let them know we are aware and paying attention for whatever that is worth.

I should add that there is a concern that has been shared with other products such as probiotics using fermentation with GMO microbial strains that they are trademarking. Trademarking in itself does not mean it is an GMO, but it does become a concern when you see a probiotic company rebrand all their products and every single microbial strain in each of their products is now trademarked. It now makes me think about the other products that use fermentation to make their supplements that are trademarked. Again, that doesn’t mean it is a GMO/synthetic. But, with all the sales of companies to larger companies, I read the labels of even my standbys and I question. I used probiotics for a short while for what I thought was a good reason, but I no longer do this. Again, no stress…just eliminate and move on.
