I just moved to Boulder and am hopeful to connect with anyone in CO who wants to connect …

I’m also experiencing some significant health issues (they seem to be mostly gut related) and am wondering if anyone has any doctors/healers in the general area you highly recommend? Ideally ones that align with the AV philosophy (bioterrain etc.)?

Hi Marcus –

We’re just up the road in the mountains behind Golden, Colorado. Regarding your gut biom issues, we don’t know any doctors, but ourselves, we have read and follow the Super Gut book by Dr. William Davis. Essentially it has you zero base your gut to what it would have been like before the introduction of agriculture (grains), and manage your gut health using regular doses of specific yogurts you create. We’re only a few months into it, but friends in the community – that recommend it to us – swear by it.

Ok thanks! Very intriguing, I will look into that. Have an appointment with a practitioner here in Boulder tomorrow that was highly recommended, hoping to get some baseline understanding of what might be going on and then go from there. Thanks again!
