Hey all, Barre, Im happy to be here and have been very excited for this new Alfa Vedic community for a long time!

My mother this summer experienced a blood clot scare, and has been pushed into taking Xarelto as a blood thinner for the foreseeable future. My understanding is that this is quite a nasty drug that can make her initial issues look tame and ensure future participation in the pHARMa cycle at her detriment (the usual formula). She is not covid vaccinated and has been very aware of all the deceptions of the past three years, but this blood clot event has scared her back into line and has regressed into falling for the fear tactics. (understandable, it is stressful and I don’t blame her).

Ive been trying to make her aware of the dangers of this drug and the much much better and more effective alternatives for blood health such as Niacin, Citrulline, K2, natto, etc. She understands my point but wants research to back it up before considering it, I am aware of some but I come here to ask for any solid research papers, books, evidence backed protocols, etc to show her and make her understand better.

Ive been pushing to overhaul her lifestyle which is not very conducive to holistic cardiovascular health in the first place (lot of acidity, not much water, minerals, chronic coffee consumption, etc) which im getting somewhere with, but not enough as of yet. Hence the need for transition from the pharma junk to the effective and safe alternatives.

Any and all resources would be greatly appreciated!

    Matia.

Hey Matia, Any condition needs attention at two fundamental levels otherwise all other remedies will be limited in value: 1) biological/microbial & 2) elemental.

Increased blood viscosity is regulated at the microbial level by Mucor racemosis that is innate to human biology. Mucor exists in its seed (protid, somatid) form & pleomorphically alters thru 16 stages depending on the health of the terrain and the necessary job Mucor does at each of those progressive stages to regulate fibrin distribution that determines viscosity. An isopathic (such as SymbioMuc available to Members only on this site) of Mucor supplies these seed forms that will down/upgrade Mucor to normalize blood viscocity.

At the elemental level Kalium Muriaticun (Potassium Chloride also available on this site) is a Cell Salt that imparts the resonance to cells that produce fibrin. Similar to Mucor, supplemental Kali Mur assure that fibrin does not accumulate in the blood to increase viscocity tending to clotting.

What’s great about both of these is their long term health benefits in addition to resolving acute conditions. Holler back with any questions.

I second what Dr. Lando says. WIthout those fundamentals other interventions will not be as efficacious. From there a chinese medicine perspective on the role of upflaring Liver Yang and not enough Kidney Yin can be helpful in finding other remedies.

As someone who “had” to take Xarelto when it first came out (aka guinea pig) as a young man due to a subclavian DVT brought on by extreme training it is nasty stuff. I would urge extreme caution as the only reason they gave it to me at that time was “well your under 50 and it gives people over 50 strokes so we aren’t worried about that for you”.

I took it for 2 weeks and had no energy, vitality or strength so I quit taking it and went down the Bioterrain path and 12 years later have no clotting or vascular issues.

Brendan, thank you for your comments. Are you saying they indicated it may cause strokes in those over 50yrs? Did I read that correctly? I’ve been trying to search for side effects outside of bleeding or are you speaking of brain bleeds/hemorrhage? Jeez! They’re trying to kill us…let me count the ways…

Yes that is correct. Strokes and hemorrhages go up exponentially

Thank you very much barre! I will be ordering the product for her soon. Could you point me towards any research I could show her for the mechanism of action in regards to the mucor? Would go a long way to convince her.

I appreciate all of you sharing this info. My husband experienced a DVT & 2 small PEs in June 2022. The DVT clot was large, running from his lower leg to his abdomen. We are not vaxxed, he had no health issues, and was on no meds. He was 69yrs at the time. After testing his heart is fine, PEs left his lungs quickly, but the DVT clots took a while, but now we think there is only 1 small one under his right knee. He was on Elliquis first and after a month of so, switched to Xarelto which he is still on. He is frightened not of dying, but of ending up unable to function/care for himself from a stroke. He is self-employed and still works. His lower leg is still larger and slightly so is his foot. A bit discolored around ankle/foot. When standing or sitting (driving) more than normal they can still swell. I had him taking Lumbrokinase (he has difficulty with capsules/tablets), but he stopped. He doesn’t eat enough veggies, but otherwise he is pretty clean. ? Whole Foods, organic, filtered water, etc. BP is excellent as is his glucose & insulin. No one knows how this happened to him. A Lupus Anticoagulant test has come back for the 3rd time positive (abnormal) which they say is an “genetic marker”, but not for Lupus, but indicating he may have susceptibility to abnormal clotting. He passed the other genetic tests. The hematologist is now wishing to discuss Coumadin, which due to diet restrictions (all the healthy greens that we eat and that thin your blood interfere with their testing!) is not something we wish to do. I see what Barre recommended and had actually signed up on the site for when that isopathic would be available. I remember the B. Brothers mentioning it in The End of Covid for clots. I use several of AV’s cell salts, so I will get the one you recommended for him, too. I’d like for him to stop the Xarelto and he did for a few months, then they frightened him into going back on it. I realize this is his decision. Any other thoughts? I’m a terrain lady, but could an abundance of pathogens of some sort cause this? Due to heavy metals & EMFs? Seems that is what you are saying above? Trying my best to understand what happened to him. ?
