Howdy howdy.. I thought I’d make another run at this question.. Still not coming around. Im considering going in to have it looked at, as Im not sure what else I can do for it on my own.

A few years back, in the early stages of recovery from a pretty intense low back injury, I was doing (over-doing) my daily Wim Hof breathing before falling asleep. I was on my 6th round and after taking the big breath in at the end, I “heard”/felt something click or snap in my left temple. Yikes eh? Its never really healed. I can’t sing or raise my voice really. Inversion table is out of the question.

Dumb move.. Temperance has been a tough one, but Im working on it lol!

Any insights or advice is most welcome

I would like to know what Dr. Barre says….but unhealed injuries can improve with extra massage with castor oil and DMSO…also fasting or…. organic fruit only for COUPLE OF WEEKS…super strict vegan raw diet for several more tii improvement is seen.

Wow that’s a gnarly one Cory! @barre may be able to make an educated guess here but to really know what’s going on you’d want to find a proper practitioner to look under the hood for sure as this could be many possible different things… sorry you’ve had to endure this for so long!!

What is ole Hoff’s take? He is a friend of the show after all. Seems like an approachable enough sort of guy!

I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with this. A lot of us read it and just held out breath – hence the silence. Quite stumped. It’s gotta’ be if I’m speechless! 😶
